This is an outstanding apartment that's super clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious, and comfortable. I loved having an outside space with the balcony. The building was in great condition, the location was perfect, and the building was very secure. The rental agency was exceptionally responsive and helpful. I've stayed in Luzern 5 times, in five different places and this apartment is the one I will return to over & over.

There was construction going on early in the mornings which wasn't a nice way to wake up.

Comfortable and quiet stay with decent value, but pricey parking and lobby/locker security needs a tweak.

Clean, cosy, warm and quiet; smooth self-check-in and overall good value for money.

Parking is around €60 per day — not exactly cheap. Also, the lobby access could more secure: as I was leaving, two people tried the luggage lockers downstairs.

Modern comfortable room just needing some more amenities

Modern, clean comfortable room. Great location close to the lake and central Luzern. Onsite laundry for small fee was good. Simple easy contactless check in.

There was limited crockery/ cutlery - only small plates and 2 each knives and no bread or sharp knife for cutting fruit/ bread or anything. Unfortunately there was construction on the bottom floor. It didn’t bother us mostly as we were out exploring during the day but we found an odd smell came through the extraction fan likely from the construction below.

Location and room facilities

Self check-in process is complicated so not easy, the main door lock had issues for everyone staying at the time, communication with their staff was difficult, and for the price of this place it should have all been better. I tried to pre book street parking for my camper van which failed miserably and i ended up paying €250 for parking in Lucerne for 2-3 days on top of expensive unmanned room. Note to anyone with a vehicle taller than 1.8M be very very very careful as there is almost no parking in or near the city centre for anything bigger than this, as the car park next door to Glandon rooms has a height restriction of 1.9m but they dont tell you this, and when guests try to book street (blue zone) parking it cannot be pre-booked well in advance, and if you have no data connection due to the huge cost of data roaming your in trouble unfortunately because by the time you get into the room it could be too late, as the room support people are not that helpful when there is a problem. I will not stay here again for these reasons

Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable. The decor was lovely and they were serviced everyday. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean and fresh.

We had two rooms, one for us and the other for our friends. Their room layout was much better than ours in that our bed was stuck between a wall and the wardrobe with very little room to manouvre. Both rooms were incredibly hot and what we didn’t know is that we were very close to a church with bells that rang all night long! So the choice was: very hot room or bells ringing all night long (every 15 minutes).

Mostly positive good things about the apartment with just a few drawbacks that could easily be corrected.

Clean, modern, close to the old district. Comfy beds.

Lacked some basic amenities you would expect like even just a box of tissues or roll of paper towels. Come on, do you really expect us to blow our noses in toilet paper all day long. Also, the bathroom sink was backed up, reported it early on and no one came out to clear it.

It was good

Good location - short walk from the train station. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. Though we didn't pay for a kitchen there was one in the room with a usable fridge, sink and coffee machine. They even left a few treats!

The room had a cathedral ceiling with one skylight and one window. Needed to climb onto a ledge to open/close the window. Not the worst thing but some might find it awkward.

The bed was too big for the bedroom. A lot of bell ringing from St Leonard’s Horfkirche next door.

A good choice to stay but kitchen counter is tiny

I like the idea of doors between living room and bathroom and bedroom. The living is really cozy a good spot to relax after a day of adventure! When we found there was still bread in the toaster, they replaced it with a brand new one.

The balcony has an exhaust pipe face right to it, not a good place to relax.

Well located, modern and very clean

Very clean and spacious accommodation in central location. Great modern shower, with loads of hot water. We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage, 15 minutes, but you can also get a taxi right outside the station if you prefer not to walk Easy to walk to the lake and all the main attractions in the centre of Lucerne. Online check-in worked fine for us, it was very easy to access the suite. Staff were always accessible if we needed anything - we always received a prompt response to any messages we sent. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lucerne.

On second floor so slightly dark as windows were high up. Also, you had to climb onto a ledge to open/close the curtains, which seemed a bit odd. It was fine for us, but might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Maybe a small step would be useful?

Location was excellent It was perfectly clean

No air conditioning. If you opened the windows it was crazy loud and we were provided earbuds on our bedside tables. Angled walls not good for tall people. Limited cutlery & cups/glasses. Hot plate covered and a note was put on it that we didn't get that included. Quite a sterile environment.

Great location for exploring Lucerne

Lovely clean room - everything we needed for a two night stay. No air con but they supplied a large fan which was really effective and coped with it being 30 degrees while we were there. Great location - easy access to train station and public transport and 5 mins from the lake which is stunning.

Convenient location

Location is convenient in the "old" part of Lucerne. Direct contact via WhatsApp with the property managers was great. Our room hadn't been cleaned nor tidied after the previous stayers. When I sent photos etc to them, it was resolved very quickly.

The apartment was in a great location, only a few minutes walk from Lucerne centre. It was spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfy and the whole space felt cosy and homely.

Only had all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash rather than separate elements.
