Lovely hotel with an amazing view from both the room and the balcony at the bar. Location was good, only a short walk into town, as long as you don’t mind a hill!

The view from our balcony was spectacular. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with buses to the town and train station right outside.
There was no AC, but we were provided with a portable fan which was fine. The room got a bit stuffy at times.

I like the whole hotel plus our suite which is facing the lake! I love the reception guys as they were very helpful and very polite.
just the location, the road is too steep, such a pain if you have a lot of luggages

The view from the room over the lake was lovely
The steep hill up to the property was too difficult and resulted in having to pay expensive taxi fares when returning to the property. The walk down was possible.
Twin beds as requested but there was not room to walk to get in to the left hand bed as so close to the wall.
