The location was great , staff great,hotels old world charm was wonderful! Felt very comfortable at the royal.
Could have had bigger tea cups in the room!
Breakfast is expensive ,was good but 30cfh is too much. But that’s Switzerland.

The building and rooms were quite dated. It could do with some refurbishing
