We had the most amazing stay and are definitely going back.
It is a beautiful, homely hotel that feels cosy and welcoming. The mountain views from the front bedrooms are breathtaking. The staff were just so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Nice Short Stay in Lucerne
We received a warm welcome and a complimentary beer upon arrival. The room was small but had three beds (which we needed) and had a great view of the lake. We purchased the buffet breakfast and it was OK. The one challenge was parking. We dropped our baggage and had to park downtown and walk back up the hill. That was really the only downside.

NICE HOTEL BUT SMALL ROOM
The hotel is very nice with very confortable lobby and a wonderful breakfast. Staff very helpful.
The standard room we received was very small, with a column in the middle of the facade and a small window with no view. Tea maker in a table with no socket to plug in. The location is on a hill making it difficult to access with suitcases.

Lovely hotel , great location and top class hotel manager Bangin!
The hotel is situated just next to mandarin oriental hotel , has a beautiful mini terrace , each room with Lake view has a small balcony , as hotel is situated high enough you can see the city very well and most importantly the lake. The breakfast was really nice and they are so dog friendly, my little chihuahua loved walking around the property. I would like to say a separate thank you to the hotel manager Bangin Salih - an incredible professional and kindest man, he really made my birthday at the hotel special (discounts , champagne and free parking space), he speaks all the languages of this world and is super hard working - thank you so much Bangin. Defo recommend the hotel!

Super friendly staff and view made this work for us.
Excellent front desk staff. Quick to fix a maintenance issue in our room and offered to change rooms if not fixed to our satisfaction. Excellent views.
Steep walk from bus to hotel. Be in shape or use cabs/Uber. Could use remodeling. A bit quirky.
