Overall, we found the accommodation to be very good, and the location is without a doubt outstanding.
However, the sound insulation leaves quite a bit to be desired, as there was noticeable noise during the night. Improved soundproofing would be an important enhancement. Additionally, the regulation of the water temperature in the shower does not work perfectly.
That said, if I return to Lucerne, I would definitely consider staying at this accommodation again.

There is a supermarket next to it, not too far from the train station
There are many shops and restaurants downstairs, and there is some noise

It was put in as a pre-requisite that room cleanliness is required due to allergies
During our stay, the housekeeping service was informed, but it wasn't attended to
As a result, few members in the family ended up being under the weather
$$$$
