9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location of the hotel is fantastic, with everything within walking distance, making it easy to explore Lucerne. the room has a simple, old-fashioned style, but it is spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located place to stay in Lucerne.
There is no elevator, but this wasn’t a big issue for us. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast.

Great location. Close to station, old town, major sights, transport, restaurants etc. Staff were excellent & must helpful. Even an early check in on arrival.
I little old & ‘tired’. Bed & bedding but as great.
