Great location, friendly staff. Good value for Lucerne for family rooms.
Accommodation is basic. Secondary beds are temporary and on the small side.

I liked the location.and the lady on reception was friendly and helpful.
There is no lift and this must be emphasized as the reception man would not help us lift our cases down a narrow winding staircase from two floors up when it was time to leave. The bathroom was very small.

Central location near the train and boat, great access to hotel next door with pool and jacuzzi and wonderful friendly staff. Big spacious room and good value for money.
Just a bit noisy with people loud above and street below but nothing a little earplugs could resolve.
