Breakfast was good. The bar was lively with people having a drink after work which added to the atmosphere. Restaurant food was very good.
It was a little too warm in our room at night even though we turned off the heating.

The best thing about the property was the staff. Fabian at the front desk and the young lady that was there in the morning. We’re very helpful as we planned our way around Lucerne and the outskirts.
we did not like the fact that we could not adjust the heat in the bedroom and had to open the window to make it cool enough to sleep and even then we couldn’t get it cool enough and we’re talking about the end of October. The towels are very worn and for a relatively large man you can’t even wrap it around yourself. The TV did not work. The reception basically stunk. Actually had a couple of channels on the TV. The shame was actually had some English news channels like the BBC, but the reception was so bad you couldn’t even watch it
