Super comfortable and quiet room with direct access to all La Spezia's attractions

Fantastic location. Near bus final stop #3 so that you can go anywhere from there. The room is perfectly clean, large and comfortable. The landlord: Alessandro is very nice and helpful. He always gives you best recommendations for food&drink or leisure. The house is located in very quiet area with villas and the nice panorama on the city. Breakfast was perfect- fresh bread and tasty siders.

Very nice room with lovely decor and very good facilities. Very friendly and attentive host. Good breakfast which was served outside in the garden with very pleasant views. Guesthouse was quite easy to access once I worked out the bus.

Depending on transport the location is a bit out of town. Easy to get to with car or bus/buying tickets during normal hours. But arriving late in the evening I had a bad experience with taxi from the station.

The tranquillity and beauty of countryside transplanted in the middle of the city

The villa is 30 minutes walk or a 10 minute bus from the central station. There are a few great restaurants within a short walking distance. The bed and breakfast is tranquil, well decorated with spacious rooms and bathroom. The swimming pool is well maintained from which you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills. The host was very friendly and helpful with by his suggestions. There is a great, locally sourced selection for breakfast.

Great Hospitality by the owners and other staff. Rooms are very nice and clean and cool with individual A/C. Outside area is also nice.

Would be nice to have a bit more variation with breakfast, but the friendliness of the owner makes up for that.

Very nice house with pool, centrally located in a quiet area. With the bus it’s only a few min from La Spezia. Friendly host who only speaks Italian, but is always willing to help. Good breakfast included and parking available on the property.

Last bus from La Spezia at 8u30 is a bit annoying but not really problematic because we could enjoy the environment and the resto nearby.

Very nice B&B! It's in a quiet part of the city but with easy (bus) access to the train station and city center. The pool and garden are great, the rooms are very clean. The owner is very kind and helpful with suggesting places to see/visit. We also had dinner a few times at the affiliated restaurant. Great food and nice to see so many local people eat there.

I enjoyed everything. Owner is very friendly. He was absolutely amazing. Very helpfull. Rooms was so clean that You even can not imagine. Pool is great. Kitchen is great, with all necessary accessories. It is even better then on the picture.

For East-European breakfast is too sweet, but I understand this is typical italian breakfast.

Ne vaut pas son prix, peu acceuillant

Loin de tout , au calme. Propre et bien entretenu La villa se trouve à 5’ de l arrêt de bus qui va à la gare mais le soir le dernier bus qui revient est à 20:30 !

Le petit déjeuner se composait d un seul croissant, un yaourt , un mini pain tout dur 1 tranche de jambon et de fromage par personne et d’un café. En tant que randonneuses , ce n’était vraiment pas suffisant. Lorsque nous demandions un autre pain ou croissant, la dame refusait ! Impossible d avoir de l’eau ou autre le soir lorsqu on rentrait , rien n etait proposé. Nous avions vraiment l’impression de déranger , nous nous sommes pas senties accueillies.

Ottima posizione, camera e bagno molto carini, perfetta pulizia, colazione buona, forse un po' piccolo lo spazio per le colazioni, possibilità di parcheggiare in uno spazio sicuro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

L’endroit est magnifique à 30 minutes, à pied sinon l’arrêt de bus il est à 200 m, il faut prendre le numéro 3 il vous amène à la gare pour aller visiter les 5 terres,je tiens à remercier Erika pour son conseil et pour sa gentillesse. Bonne continuation à vous . vous méritez 10/10🥰🥰❤️

Bardzo czysto, pyszne śniadanie i kawa, rewelacyjny basen z pięknym widokiem. Wygodne łóżka.

Na minus na pewno pluskwy, które w nocy oraz rano wydostawały się z odpływu umywalki...trudno było ponownie zasnąć po takim widoku. Jeden z odpływów w basenie był niezabezpieczony co zafundowało mężowi bolesną pamiątkę na brzuchu, dla dziecka mogłoby być niebezpieczne. Temat zgłoszony właścicielce został zbagatelizowany. Brak naczyń czy sztućców w kuchni.

August 2025: Es ist ein super familiäres Umfeld, die Wohneinheiten sind super sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, für eine Nacht fanden wir das aber nicht schlimm. Die Familie ist super nett, haben uns abends spontan, als wir uns unten hingesetzt haben, noch etwas gekocht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie☺️

La struttura, immersa nel verde, è circondata da ulivi. La posizione è buona perché in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di La Spezia. La camera, che ci ha ospitato era molto graziosa e ben arredata. Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, di ritorno da un viaggio in Provenza, e in procinto di visitare le Cinque Terre. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha dato validi consigli sul parcheggio, dove lasciare l’auto per recarci alla stazione, e sul percorso da fare nella visita alle Cinque Terre. Ha consigliato anche un buon ristorante dove cenare, senza allontanarci troppo. Peccato non aver usufruito della bella piscina! Purtroppo, non potevamo trattenerci. Ottima la colazione al mattina, con prodotti freschi e genuini, servita in veranda all’aperto.

מקום מקסים , חדרים מעוצבים בטוב טעם ולא חסר בהם כלום . אנריקה המארחת נהדרת ואכפתית , ממש הרגשנו בבית . יש בריכה יפה שלא זכינו להשתמש בה בגלל מזג האוויר. ארוחת הבוקר איטלקית אבל משביעה וטעימה . קרוב לצינקה טרה - יש אוטובוס לרכבת ממש ליד הבית .

Tolle Ferien in der Cinque Terre!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir konnten uns gut erholen! Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt einen grossen, schönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen sowie einen Pool, und das Frühstück kann in der gemütlichen Gartenlaube eingenommen werden: Das Frühstück wird von der Gastgeberin persönlich zubereitet (Konfitüren & Kuchen sind selbstgemacht), und abends gibt es leckere, authentische italienische Gerichte. Das Anwesen liegt etwas erhöht auf dem Hügel, bis nach La Spezia Bahnhof sind es ca. 30 min. zu Fuss, man kann aber auch den Bus nehmen (die nächste Haltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe und Fahrscheine sind im "Tabacchi" erhältlich). Mit dem Taxi bezahlt man je nach Tageszeit ca. 9 - 12 Euro vom Bahnhof La Spezia zurück zur Unterkunft. Von La Spezia aus sind die Dörfer der Cinque Terre mit dem Zug erreichbar. Auch ausserhalb gibt es schöne Orte und Aktivitäten (ebenfalls mit Zug oder Bus erreichbar): Die Gastgeber haben uns eine tolle Fahrradroute empfohlen, welche an der Küste an kleinen Buchten vorbeiführt. Das Auto kann bei der Unterkunft parkiert werden.
