    Absolutely beautiful hotel, we had a room overlooking the beach and pool with balcony. One level below us would have no view so make sure you get the higher floors. Private beach for hotel guests, lovely restaurants, happy hours. It was just gorgeous. Great variety of food. Shuttle bus into Sairee is limited, could probably run a few more times per day both ways to save guests taxis. Only feedback, monitoring daybeds with towels that arent being used for ages. There was often beds being saved and not being used. But i would absolutely reccomend the hotel, it was on a stunning private beach, and great to be away from the very busy area of sairee.

    we are staying for 4 days. When we came everything was perfect, from the outside it looks like a paradise, perfect beach, everyone is very kind, but the room was so dirty and destroyed that we couldn’t sleep whole night because there was a big hole in between and on the side of balcony doors, which were damaged and everything from outside comes inside. We can not charge our phones because the plug is hanging out of the wall and our air condition is working only a little time because it is so dirty. We were really hoping the bad reviews are not true and gave it a try, but its such a waste, that outside everything is perfect and inside you just cannot be relaxed and have a good time.

    We stayed three nights at this hotel, and every day something was closed — the restaurant, the pool, the bar, the other pool. Occasionally there was a notice about it; most days there was no information at all. The photos on the hotel's website show sun loungers and umbrellas set up along the beach, but that's not what you'll actually find. During our stay, the hotel was doing a photo shoot and dressed up a small section of the beach with extra loungers, cordoned off with tape. The moment the shoot ended, the whole setup disappeared. In reality, the beach has three still-living bushes and six dead ones to lounge under. By the pools, there are only a handful of loungers for a large number of guests, so if you're not out early, you won't get one. When we checked in, staff gave us only the bare minimum of information. In general, the staff seemed unmotivated, uninterested, and put out if you approached them — the only exceptions were the breakfast egg cook and few other staff member, who were genuinely nice and helpful. Breakfast was average, and the rooms could use an update: lamps coming loose from the ceiling, balcony doors that don't close all the way. This hotel nickel-and-dimes guests at every turn. While other resorts let you borrow snorkeling gear and kayaks with a refundable deposit, here you're charged 200 baht per day for the same equipment — no deposit, no refund. The restaurant food is mediocre at best, yet still overpriced with skimpy portions. I would not come back. The only real plus was easy snorkeling access right from the resort, but I'd rather book elsewhere next time and snorkel from the public beach at Shark Bay nearby.
