תחילה קיבלנו את החדר שהזמנו מראש אבל לא היינו מרוצים מהמיקום שלו, היה ממש מרוחק מהים ומהמסעדה, כלל הליכה ארוכה ומדרגות רבות. לכן שדרגנו לחדר אחר שהיינו ממש מרוצים ממנו. המיקום של המלון לא על המרכז אבל המלון מציע שירותי מוניות בתשלום סמלי וזה לקח משהו כמו 10 דק. הצוות ממש עזר בכל דבר שהיינו צריכים. המלון מקסים מבחינת הנראות שלו והבריכות כיפיות ממש.

Here’s a sharper, more structured version that keeps your tone but reads more credible and impactful: --- I stayed at this property for two nights and experienced issue after issue, combined with consistently rude and dismissive staff. On the first night, both the telephone and air conditioning in my room did not work. When an engineer came, he blamed me for “using the AC incorrectly,” then claimed to have fixed it. Within 30 minutes, it stopped working again. Given that my room was located at the furthest possible point from reception, I was not prepared to walk back for a third time at 2am. The following day, I reported the issue again. The staff were completely unapologetic. I was moved to another room, which turned out to have its own problems: a broken telephone, a faulty blind, and—most concerning—the staff left my door open after moving my belongings. I was out for the entire day, leaving my personal items completely unsecured. Again, no apology. When I raised the AC issue again, staff actually laughed in my face, as if the situation was amusing. This was particularly unacceptable given I had already tried to resolve things directly with the property, with no meaningful help. Later that night, I returned to find the insect net had been pulled down. I didn’t even bother asking for it to be fixed, as it would have required staff climbing onto the bed—by that point I had completely lost confidence in both their professionalism and respect for guest space. At checkout, there was still no apology—only a request to “pay up for anything extra.” When I asked to speak to a manager, he saw me and instead chose to ignore the situation, walking off to take photos elsewhere. When I finally did speak to him, his response was: “All you’ve done is complain since you got here.” My response is simple: what do you expect when a guest is forced to sleep in a hot room with no working phone, no blinds, no security for their belongings, and staff who treat legitimate issues as a joke? I requested compensation or at least an apology. Instead they charged me in full for the 3 drinks, one meal and massage I had. Bloody joke. I demand a refund.
