Perfect and away from the noise

The room we stayed at was perfecf. Even from the bed we could see the sunset.

The hotel didnt have restaurant, but if we texted the front dest they ordered it, and it arrived in 30min.

Quite far out of town, and no staff on site for more than 12 hrs

Reception staff were amazing, absolutely lovely. The room was ok

It’s not very nice not having any staff on site in the evening. We had no electric for 4 hours one night, so no air con either. We walked home one night, and a large group of youths were gathered outside the front of the hotel which wasn’t pleasant.

Lovely location, disappointed overwol

Views were picturesque and an ideal spot for a few nights!

I booked a king suite with sea view, the room looked and was great. Only issue cold shower and a horrendous smell from the bathroom. Had to keep the door shut. Have to say I didn't make a complaint as I was only there for the one night and I'm confident staff would have sorted the problem. My review is based on the fact that for the price the room should have been checked and any issues sorted prior to arrival

We stayed in villa 1 and it was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing, you could watch the sunset from your bed! Very clean, staff were so polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful view point paronama that you can also see koh nangyuan Stuff are very nice and very helpful Recommend to rent motorbike from hotel you can trust they are very honest there has 250 baht or 300 baht per day There is no breakfast included you have to order on menu and if you want anything just order from WhatsApp.

There no housekeeper fill shower cream and shampoo up even if it's already empty. I forgot to text them but I put the bottle outside so that housekeeper knows its empty.

Highly recommend!

Words can’t explain how impressed I am with this place. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset — truly magical. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is great; you can even walk to Sairee Beach (though I wouldn’t recommend doing so at night). There’s also a lovely coffee shop inside the resort, perfect for relaxing or bringing your laptop to get some work done. Highly recommend!

There is no convenience store if you want to buy something in urgent, but for good there is the good restaurant close to it.

ANTS.... My room was infested with Pharoah ants. I am traumatized from these ants back home and the fact that I can't eat or drink in my room without it being swarmed with ants is awful. I woke up with ants in my clothes and bed. For the price I expect clean rooms and pest free.

The resort is unbelievable! We were blown away by the property as soon as we entered. The rooms are fabulous with amazing sea / sunset views. Amazing location, amazing views. The whole resort is beautifully crafted and ultimately serene, perfect for honeymooners or just people looking to chill. The cafe is a unique experience as well.

The property was slightly out of the hustle and bustle that suited us. Hiring a motor bike is a must… makes life easier. The room was comfortable with a fabulous view. The pool area very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. A strange way of offering food but it works. There is a cafe area where you can have food delivered from local eateries .

We really enjoyed our stay but this was slightly marred on our departure. I had worn the slippers issued so packed them. I was asked to return them. I’m out to jury on this one … surely if you have worn the slippers they should not be used again? For hygienic reasons?

Magical resort with A staff and service!

This magical resort is perfectly located 3 min scooter ride from the chaotic center with all the shops and restaurants. The room is HUGE, the bed was so comfortable, the infinity pool and the view was another world, but on top of all of that- the staff, that is the secret of this place. Everything is managed so smoothly, they are truly doing everything to make your stay pleasant. The reception team reached out to us via WhatsApp before arrival and arranged a taxi from the port, any request we had was answered with a smile, we extended our stay by 2 nights because we loved it so much there. I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart.

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would improve is that there is no restaurant in the property. There’s only cafe (with a good coffee) but no smoothies (which is necessary when chilling by the pool). I would mention that the reception arranged food delivery to the hotel from several restaurants in the island because they don’t have a restaurant there so that is a need they answer.

The room was immaculately clean, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. The views were spectacular and the pool was lovely.

The coffee and food in the cafe could be better as it’s a taxi or a bike ride to get down to the town and you don’t want to leave the amazing setting at Ava anyway!

Everything was beautiful, the pool, the room with the bath. Amazing views, staff were so welcoming and friendly with everything. Cute little cafe for drinks and breakfast. No restaurant - made up for it by having 5/6 restaurants to order from which they did within seconds of whatsapping reception. Was amazing. Was about 5 min drive from the main town which was perfect as easy 200 bhat to get to in a taxi or a bike, but far enough to not be crowded or loud
