The location was perfect for us a short 2 minute walk to the main area for food, the staff were so helpful we actually rebooked to stay after leaving and going to a different property because this was so much better cleaner & over all just better Highly recommend!!

Bei unserer Ankunft auf Koh Tao wurden wir kostenlos vom Hafen aus zum Hotel gefahren! Das Hotel ist ganz neu, weswegen die Zimmer total modern sind. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man geht ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß und ist an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, dort ist dann auch viel los. Fanden es ganz gut, dass das Hotel etwas „abseits“ lag. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiterinnen super freundlich und engagiert. Der letzte Punkt hat nur bedingt was mit dem Hotel zu tun aber: Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein wirklich gutes Restaurant. Wir haben da auch einen Kochkurs für 1.500 Baht pro Person gemacht und waren zufälligerweise zu zweit. Das war sehr empfehlenswert und hat echt Spaß gemacht!

Neben dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle, aber das wussten wir anhand der Bewertungen schon vorab. Außerdem hatten wir einen Tag für mehrere Stunden kein Wasser und Strom, da es einen Stromausfall gab. Angeblich sind dort häufiger Hotels und Wohnhäuser betroffen, die nicht im unmittelbaren Zentrum liegen. Andere Unterkünfte/Restaurants hatten Strom und Wasser, vermutlich aber auch, weil sie über Generatoren verfügen. Mit diesen Stromausfällen muss man wohl rechnen, wenn man auf Koh Tao ist. Wir hatten ja auch Glück und es hat nur einige Stunden gedauert. Von der Leiterin des Kochkurses im Restaurant neben dem Hotel wurde uns gesagt, dass das Hotel wohl mit Solarpanelen ausgestattet sei. Damit dürften Stromausfälle künftig dann wohl auch nicht mehr so ein großes Problem darstellen. Am Pool war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts keine Dusche. Auch wenn ich hier jetzt ein paar Dinge aufgezählt habe: Wir haben uns in dem Hotel wohl gefühlt, es war sehr modern und sauber und wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Świetne miejsce, bardzo przyjazna i pomocna obsługa. Obiekt zlokalizowany około 7 minut spacerem do plaży. W odległości około 100 metrów znajduje sie wiele restauracji otwartych od rana do późnego wieczora. Obiekt sam w sobie nowy, bardzo czysty, można poprosić o sprzątanie zakładając plakietkę na drzwi. Zdecydowanie obiekt wart swojej ceny.

Rooms are spacious and everything is quite new. It’s basic but has everything you need.

Location: it’s meant to be the quieter part of town but it’s extremely noisy at night - a mix of loud bass from some nearby club, plus the huge issue that the walls in the hotel seem to amplify rather than dampen noise between the rooms. Slept with noise cancelling earphones every night and still struggled. There is also a construction site right next to the hotel (that all rooms / balconies overlook), so daytimes are also super noisy. The street you have to take to get here is incredibly busy and a nightmare to both walk and drive. Staff: seems like they could not care less - 3 women who work here barely looked up to greet guests, got annoyed whenever you asked a question. The worst part was that we kept feeling they were ripping us off. We rented a scooter and they said it was B250 for an old model and 300 for a new one, and that they only had one left for 300. After a day of driving on the island we realised the one they gave us was ancient (with dodgy brakes) and all the other scooters on the island were significantly newer. When we returned it, the receptionist acknowledged it was an old one, but still insisted we pay 300 and even went so far as to show us the cctv footage of us agreeing to the B300 price… also be aware that, contrary to what’s implied in the message you receive from the hotel after booking, the taxi back to the pier is NOT free, but they charge B300 for a car or B100 per person if it’s a shared transfer.
