I booked an Ocean Balcony room but was given a Sea Balcony room instead. The room type shown on Agoda did not match the hotel’s reservation system. The hotel insisted that Agoda had booked the wrong room, leaving me to contact Agoda myself. The hotel offered no real assistance or even an apology. I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while Agoda confirmed the price difference with me.

We stayed at Beach Club by Haadtien from October 4th to 8th and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning — calm, clear water with a gorgeous view over Shark Bay, perfect for swimming and unwinding at any time of day. The pool was just as lovely, a great spot to cool off between beach sessions. Breakfast was a real highlight every morning — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, the perfect start before heading out to explore the island. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive — always ready to help with a smile, whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat. You could tell they really cared about making our stay comfortable.
