We stayed at the hotel for three nights.
We paid for a 30 sqm room but were given a room that felt closer to 10–15 sqm.
Before our arrival, we contacted the hotel several times via email and through the Agoda app regarding transportation, but none of our messages were answered.
One day before checkout, we contacted the hotel via WhatsApp about their free taxi service for the next day, which was our checkout day, and they told us to go to the reception to request it.
On our checkout day, we went physically to the reception at a reasonable time to ask for the free taxi.
However, the taxi was already full, and we had to pay for a different taxi, even though this had been confirmed the day before.
The shower was dirty, and overall cleanliness was below expectations.

The location was convenient between the main beach and the ferry station. The room was large and well decorated with a large porch. The pool had a great view and so did the restaurant.
