    The hotel is very well maintained and is located right next to the seven eleven. Has motorcycle parking and the pool is right next to the beach.

    … look there was a leak under the bathroom basin and a bit of sewerage smell at times (but isn't that just Asia) but I really liked the location, the room itself had a rustic charm (love the light coming into the shower), pool was all I needed, beach bar was good! I was happy especially given the price!

    Property is in a great location for both the beach and the town. Pool area in need of an update and maintenance. Only 6 sun loungers poolside and none on beach, this is obviously not enough for the amount of guests. Very little information on hotel or local area upon check in.

    We booked Wind Beach Resort because it was suggested on Agoda, and we specifically wanted to stay in the Sairee Beach area for the nightlife and easy access to bars and restaurants. The location is definitely convenient, especially if you plan to go out at night. However, the room itself was quite disappointing. It felt old and had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The towels also did not feel clean, to the point that we ended up using our own beach towel instead. The bar at the resort was nice and had a good atmosphere, although there was some competition with the neighboring bars, so the area can get quite loud at night. If you are coming back to the hotel late after going out, the noise may not bother you too much. But if you are planning to sleep early or are a light sleeper, it might be difficult because you can hear the nightlife from the room. On the positive side, the hotel does provide earplugs in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the location is great for nightlife and Sairee Beach, but the room condition, smell, and cleanliness could definitely be improved
