มาพักที่ Emerald Gulf ครั้งแรก วิวสวยมากกก 10/10 ทางรีสอร์ทมีรถรับ-ส่งฟรีจากท่าเรือมารีสอร์ทด้วย:) แนะนำให้เช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์เพราะทางขึ้นที่พักค่อนข้างสูงชัน รอเช่ารถตอนเช็คอินที่ Reception ก็ได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ถนัดขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์ทางรีสอร์ทมีรถกอล์ฟคอยบริการค่ะ พนักงานทุกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก:)) แถมที่พักยังมีร้านอาหาร The Rock Hill ให้ไปนั่งทานอาหาร ชมวิวแบบชิลล์ๆ ได้เลย วิวที่มองจากร้านอาหารให้ 1000/10 อาหารเช้าก็เริ่ด มีให้เลือกหลายอย่าง โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมากค่ะ ถ้าได้มาเกาะเต่าอีกจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

The accommodation on the mountain is a newly opened resort, located not far from the John-Suwan Viewpoint. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance area, but from the 7-Eleven you will need to walk uphill to reach the resort. If you rent a motorbike to stay here, make sure you are confident in your riding skills because the road up to the resort is quite steep, narrow, and very winding. Breakfast: • On the first day, breakfast is served buffet style. • On the second day, breakfast is served as a set menu to choose from. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to install a towel rack or hooks in the bathroom, as there is currently nowhere to hang the towels.

Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below what one would expect from a property marketed as a 5-star hotel. We booked and paid for a Luxury Sea View room, but were instead assigned a small room facing trees, with no sea view at all. The hotel was fully booked and unable to provide the room category we had reserved. No appropriate solution or price adjustment was offered for the clear downgrade. Additional concerns during our stay: • Breakfast access issue: Despite breakfast being included in our reservation, we were initially denied entry and had to spend approximately 20 minutes resolving the issue by phone before being allowed to eat. • Power outages: There were two electricity cuts in just three nights. • No compensation or proactive service recovery: Management did not offer any meaningful gesture or take responsibility for the situation. The issue here is not minor inconvenience — it is a clear discrepancy between what was booked and what was delivered. If you are choosing this hotel based on its 5-star positioning or specific room category, I strongly recommend double-checking before booking. We have documented the situation and formally raised the matter with the booking platform.
