Pretty good hotel for staying for a couple days

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a free shuttle from the pier to the hotel and back. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant. Everything was delicious. Fay greeted us upon arrival and was always available for any questions. We highly recommend it. Thank you so much for everything!

A little bit noisy. But it was pretty good music and it usually stopped at 12 am.

I would come back if they solved smell problems...

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is very good, right on the beach, all life is happening around here.

Rooms have terrible smell of urine. It's not random case, there are other similar reviews, which means nobody is solving the root cause, just putting more air purifiers. AC was a bit too noisy. Environment is VERY noisy. We were warned about noise when ordering, as club life, parties are happening around, so loud music and people singing or shouting is expected till ~2AM. So bad review is not about that. Below is restaurant kitchen, and ventilation or something is coming out right next to the room, and there is a noise of fan (our room had street view).

Great stay, room and view!!

The room with the sea view is absolutely stunning! The view, the size of the balcony and the room itself is great. Lots of space, little seat areas in the room. We loved it. The restaurant food was amazing, catered to gluten free and the staff were lovely (10% off food if you stay at the restaurant). We didn’t have breakfast as we only had 1 day in Ko Tao, but the options looked good.

Considering how amazing the room was, the bathroom was the only disappointing thing. It wasn’t horrible, just a little dated compared and it had a funky smell from the drains. The hotel reception doesn’t match how stunning the room is.

Location, location, location! Spanish food was delicious and staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We didn’t experience any of the issues is some of the poor reviews! It wasn’t too noisy at night to sleep.

A pleasant hotel that is great value.

The room was lovely and comfortable. I liked the restaurant downstairs and beach front location. The staff were lovely too.

It did smell in the bathroom but this seems a common problem on the islands. As mentioned in other reviews, it is noisy at night but the music isn’t on every night and there is ear plugs. There is steep steps too so just something to bare in mind.

Such a pleasant stay at Ibiza Beach Club. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, very pleasant. Very good value for money, we originally stayed at a hostel down the road that was nearly double the price & here was so much nicer. Even included breakfast which was lovely. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay here.

Was a little noisy at night due to neighbouring clubs and bars but there are ear plugs provided by the hotel which helped.

Sea view

Constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, masked by overpowering chemical air fresheners. Poorly insulated windows: loud DJ music from 30 meters away until 3 a.m., impossible to sleep. Breakfast takes forever: no cutlery, coffee only after 10 reminders, extremely slow service. Uncomfortable mattress. At check-out, they asked me to pay to wash the sheets and towels because they were “dirty,” which is outrageous for a hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect beach hotel in Koh Tao with amazing food and great service right on the beach!

Ibiza Beach Club Koh Tao is a gorgeous small hotel right on the beach with amazing food, friendly helpful staff and a fabulous vibe. Our room was spacious and bright with a large balcony overlooking the sea. We loved just being able to pop downstairs to relax on their bean bags at the waters edge, have food and drinks delivered to us - in fact the food was so lovely we didnt eat anywhere else for the 3 days of our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and ordered the night before to the time that suited. There was tasteful music playing from the restaurant during the day and evening but nothing too loud - just created a great atmosphere and there were live musicians some evenings which was really entertaining in the beach restaurant. The hotel is on the nicest side of Sairee Beach and was lovely to swim right there. Its a great spot to just sit on the room balcony too watching the sea, boats, people etc. Also close to buzzy shopping and other nightlife. They provided complimentary taxi transfer from the pier on our arrival and back to the pier on our departure. They were very helpful before our visit with information about activities we wanted to do while on the island. We would love to return to this individual and gorgeous Spanish vibe beach hotel.

Should have stayed on one of the other amazing beaches and driven into town.

Pick up from harbour and drop off very good, meant avoiding the hassle of getting a taxi and negotiating prices. Breakfast was excellent. Check in v good. Room , very spacious, good storage and great tv for late night movies. Bed, very comfortable. Location on beach good, bar but did not use.

Noise. The room was street side, opposite a bar and tattoo parlour, both playing music. Stayed 3 nights although should have checked out after first night. Reception was notified following first night of the issue. No response from management. Loud thumping base music till 3 am night 1 Thursday Loud music till 1 am night 2 Friday Music and shouting till 1.30am from the bar and then 30 minutes till 2am of music and drunk shouting from tattooist opposite, Saturday. In addition to the music, the room was above the kitchen and next to the loud exhaust units, which operate till late. Would have given the Hotel a higher rating but sadly the good work from the rest of the staff is let down by the rooms and ultimately noise and lack of sleep. If you’re here to party then might not be a problem as you’ll be in the bar in front till the early hours, probably annoying guests in the rooms opposite.

Remarkable hotel with a Spanish vibe

I was really impressed with the hotel even more when I arrived , on the beach a great restaurant serving tapas , and when sunset came I could have actually been at cafe mambo in Ibiza Let me start I arrived in Koh Tao at 9 am check in was 3 pm I messaged the hotel and they have me a free upgrade to a family room which was unoccupied so I could get early check in around 11am , ( excellent customer service so far ) , I dropped my luggage off and explored the island Upon returning they upgraded me again to a sea view balcony room ( wow ) due a slight repair issue on the family room , the views was amazing overlooking the beach and sunset was unreal . The staff was so friendly , the tapas was outstanding I could have been in Malaga or San Sebastián it was that good , eating tapas on a beach in Thailand Thank you for a perfect stay

Pleasant but not peaceful

They picked us up from the port. The beds are amazing. The chef is talented. The air con works amazingly

The walls are very thin and you can hear people coming in and out. Our bathroom stank of sewage; they did try to clean it, but it didn't work. Some of the balconies have the view blocked by a big rock. When we had really noisy neightbours we were just told we should have done research on the area.

Worth the money!

Amazing view, clean large room, breakfast food was delicious. Staff are the friendliest and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable! Paddle board and use of resteraunt made the stay feel relaxing and easy. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ibiza Beach Club Hotel. The location was perfect, right by the beach with stunning views we could enjoy straight from our beautiful, modern room. Everything was clean, stylish and so comfortable. The bar and restaurant were also fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food that we looked forward to each day. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, made us feel completely safe and were attentive to our every need. Their warmth and hospitality really made our holiday extra special.

I wish I could give more points. This hotel has the most perfect, most beautiful smile, most hardworking manager (Mat) and staff you can see in the world, I would like to thank manager Mat again, Linn, Fai, Min Thura Soe, Cowboy and all the staff whose names I don't know. You are amazing guys. I felt like I was at home. First of all, the room is very big, very clean, has a magnificent sunset. There is a reef in the sea in front of the hotel, I didn't even need to go to another bay. And the food is beyond amazing, the chef's food is extremely delicious, I didn't even go to another restaurant for 7 days. Thank you for making my holiday wonderful. I will never forget you and I will come again. I loved you all very much 🙏🙏🙏❤️

Zimmerservice ist top, Lage eigentlich gut aber…(Fortsetzung bei negatives) Essen im eigenen Restaurant gut, WLAN nur in den Räumlichkeiten vorhanden und nicht am Strand obwohl der nur 5m entfernt ist. Personal top und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage funktioniert und diverse Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden.

….direkt nebenan wird Livemusik gespielt bis 3 Uhr morgens und das täglich, zumindest in dem Zeitraum als wir da waren, selbst Ohrstöpsel helfen nur bedingt die man gestellt bekommt. Leider muffiger Geruch im Bad und Ameisen die überall im Zimmer sind, Insektenspraydose steht neben dem Wasserkocher im Schrank, das sagt doch schon alles. Wir würden definitiv nicht nochmal hier übernachten.

Schönes Strandhotel im mitten des Geschehens in Ko Tao.

Ist gerade am Strand mit einem leckeren Restaurant untenan. Es liegt im Zentrum wo viele andere Bars und kleine Läden sind. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker.

Das Badezimmer hatte in meinem Zimmer einen sehr intensiven Geruch, den ich nicht wirklich als angenehm empfand.

Las instalaciones del hotel en general corresponden a un hotel de maximo 3 estrellas. No tiene nada mas que un bloque y uns escaleras muy empinadas (que si o si tienes que subir para acceder al hotel) Por la noche hay bastante ruido de la fiesta en la habitación
