This place is actually paradise! The grounds are just stunning, so well cared for.
Gorgeous rooms (we stayed in a cottage with sea view and it was beautiful) absolutely stunning pool area, always plenty of towels, sunbeds in shade and sun, butterflies everywhere. The beach area was lovely, sunbeds right on the beach and lovely restaurant (more expensive that most in the area)
Breakfast was included and the selection was huge.
The staff are super friendly and cannot do more to help you. They came to pick us up from our first hotel and then dropped us off at the pier - carried our bags for us and showed us to the ticket office.
I would 100% come back here, just an incredible resort, everywhere is just so well cared for and beautiful.

The resort is at the end of the main beach, so feels a bit more private and quiet in the evening. All the party stuff is way further down the beach. The resort is set in a stunning tropical location with beautiful views and the staff are generally polite and helpful with luggage.
Unfortunately, our stay was severely compromised by a serious rodent infestation in our villa (Villa 41).
Safety & Hygiene: For two consecutive nights, a rat was active inside our bedroom, running across furniture and hiding behind the fridge. Most concerningly, we found fresh rodent droppings on guest surfaces even after the room had been "deep cleaned" by the staff. This is a significant health risk.
Structural Issues: While the resort blames the "tropical environment," we documented clear evidence of the rodent gnawing through the wooden bedroom door to gain entry. This indicates a pre-existing maintenance failure where the villas are not properly sealed.
Management Response: We found the initial response to be disappointing. Management initially tried to shift the blame onto us for "leaving doors open" (which was not the case) and offered activity vouchers instead of addressing the fact that the room was unsanitary and uninhabitable for two nights. We were eventually moved to a new room, but only after excessive communication and two nights of zero sleep.
Once moved we had no issues, but tree top villas have an open bathroom so the first floor is more likely to have a friend in the room.
