    I would avoid staying here for the foreseeable future. There is construction right in front of the units and unfortunately the dive boats or ferries start here every morning at sunrise. So a low frequency very loud diesel engine noise that continues the whole day. Neither of these 2 issues were ever pointed out when booking. We were meant to stay for 6 days but couldn’t stand it any longer and asked to leave after 3 days. I was only refunded for 2 nights after a lot of back and forth. Happy to have escaped the noise though. Not happy with the way it was handled and the loss of one nights cost even though we didn’t use it. The units themselves are nice enough and staff is friendly and helpful.

    No security latch on the door, big gap in the door to actually see inside the room. We had an incident where some random horticulture/outdoor cleaning staff tried to open the room while we were just checked into the room, thankfully it was closed & I confronted them about it to hear a sheepish sorry being muttered, never had someone try to take stuff from our room so blatantly. We were upgraded due to some water issue & the new room actually didn't have any water pressure at all, its not rocket science, just needs a pump. Had to trickle bath.....the location might suit some but since it was away from everything on this 6km by 6km island we spent quite some time commuting everywhere instead of enjoying stuff along Sairee beach & rest of the area.

    I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We found lizard droppings on both the bedding and pillows, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. There were also ants all over the floor and walls throughout the room. When we informed the staff, they did replace the bedding, but no offer was made to change our room or properly address the issue. Instead, we were simply told that the hotel is located in a jungle area, so there are many wild animals. While we understand that nature is part of the environment, basic cleanliness and guest comfort should still be maintained. The pool was also much smaller than expected and did not appear clean. There was a lot of green buildup around the pool area, which made it unpleasant to use. Overall, the response felt dismissive, and the experience did not meet acceptable hygiene and cleanliness standards.
