Location not far to walk anywhere catch ferry or look for food shops very clean and we had a lovely view over pool and sea. Breakfast was also great which was included.

The man at the pool was amazing and so helpful as we had a baby with us! He was always running around cleaning everything!
No lifts but it kept us fit! Could only get out easily one side of the pool it needs extra steps on the other side!

Location is fantastic, opens up on the beach.

The location was okay about a 10min walk to Sairee beach
The hill up and down the property is abit steep, I asked for an iron 2-3 times however was not given to me, they gave me a broken one instead with celotape on it, I called them to let them know it is not working and if they are able to provide me with another one. I was informed they only have one iron and it is in someone’s room and they are not picking up the phone. How can a hotel with so many rooms only have one iron and no iron board? Anyways I headed out with a creased dress. I called again the next day and the guy said it needs to be collected at reception, I told him he needs to deliver it to my room as I have been asking for a long time and it should have been given to me once they received it, I should not be the one chasing it up.
The room was big however the bathroom was very dirty (see pics) honestly made me feel sick - I would not call this a 4 star hotel. The towels are changed after the third day I’d understand if it was a clean hotel and towels should be changed after 2 days.
On the last day I asked if someone can help me with my suitcase as there are no lifts, I was told 5 minutes after 15 minutes no1 had arrived so I literally had to drag my suitcase down the stairs.
