AMAZING place to stay on Koh Tao. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Small and quiet, perfect for an island escape. The staff are very polite and attentive. We had a beachfront ground floor with a terrace, the room was post card perfect. Right near the boat port, 20 minute flat walk from the main restaurant/ bar area of Sairee beach. Cannot recommend this place enough, will be returning.

Amazing location right next to the arrival pier and located directly on the beach. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the common areas are all open plan and the hotel provides many amenities such as kayaks, beach bags/towels, snorkeling gear, paddle boards, etc.
The room without the sea view faces the street and has some wooden structure in the facade blocking some of the sunlight but not a big issue.

The location on the beach is brilliant, free snorkels, canoes, paddle boards. Slush puppies and crisps included and always topped up. Only 13 rooms so it really gives a chilled out feel. A cool bar next door serving happy hour and you can take these to your sun bed. The rooms are so clean and the aircon is great. The staff are very attentive and we appreciated them a lot.
There’s some beautiful dogs roaming around too.
A beautiful tree that blocks the sun, so you’ll have to move the sunbeds at times.
The mosquitos come out at prime happy hour time.
A very busy street, the ferry boats dock there and mopeds meander through.
