This hotel was so so. Communications were seamless, they sent a driver to pick me up and check in was a breeze. So far, so good. However, the housekeeper never replenished the toilet paper, which obviously isn't ideal. And on one of the two days I was there, the staff forgot to place my breakfast order even though there was only one other customer at the restaurant, so I ended up going diving without breakfast. In their defense, the staff gave me a croissant for the road, which was nice, but that still doesn't excuse them completely dropping the ball. Location is good, in the heart of Sairee and right on the beach. Room is on the smaller side. Shower struggles to produce hot water. Breakfast when served, is mediocre. The mishaps are a shame, as this place has potential.

We had a room with a sea view and it was just incredible, extremely clean and comfortable, and perfect for sunsets 😍 the hotel is literally on the beach and very centrally located with plenty of cafes and shops around. The hotel’s restaurant is also fantastic and we enjoyed three lovely breakfasts there. Lastly, the staff are phenomenal. Extremely helpful and the sweetest people I’ve met on my travels. I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name but he was so wonderful and really made us feel welcome. I’m already looking forward to my next stay 🏝️ thank you Blue Tao 🇹🇭

Fantastic position on the beach surrounded by lovely little cafes and shops. Balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. Unfortunately, it’s super noisy at night until the early hours. On our second night there the water stopped, just as we were getting ready to go out and stayed off for several hours. It finally came on and then the electricity cut out, think it was everywhere though. At least the music stopped for a while. Shower room had some black mould and was very small. Staff were lovely though.

Great stay, amazing view from the room, restaurant has incredible food, perfect walkable location. Yes the neighbouring bar is loud at night but it didn’t bother us at all, there was ear plugs in the room but we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was very nice and in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. The included hotel breakfast was very delicious. I’d recommended staying here for your time in Koh Tao!! The only confusion was upon check in we were told by the receptionist they would arrange a taxi to take us to the pier the next day at 9am as our ferry was at 9:30am and the taxi service would be complimentary. When checking out we found out no taxi was arranged and it was not complimentary (100 THB per person). The receptionist ordered us a taxi and we made it to our ferry so all was fine in the end. Just added unnecessary stress and confusion to our morning.

We were hoping for a nice chilled stay at the end of our trip, hotel not quite described correctly! Room 101...Very noisy, especially at night with base from bar next door banging through the walls, balcony on the beach had dog mess and rubbish underneath and smell from all rubbish down the side of the hotel. Was not impressed with other people sitting and being very loud on the balcony in the night, however they were moved along by security....didnt help when have an early transfer in the morning. Beach in the daytime was very busy and loud music played by others and blocking access from balcony down to the beach Staff in the bistro were lovely and we tried not to let the above spoil our break, but we couldnt wait to go elsewhere. If we had known this prior then we would have booked elsewhere as after travelling we really wanted a chill time

Well, I don’t know if this is a fair review or not because I never got to actually stay here. The stay got booked for the wrong dates. When I realized this I tried multiple times to reach out to the property. Expedia also tried to reach out to help with a refund, but the hotel refused. Mind you I was never contacted or responded to by this property in anyway. I rebooked the stay for the correct dates, and reached out to see if the room could be upgraded since we payed for a stay we never got. I can’t say I’m super excited to stay here. But maybe they could upgrade our stay in February in some way since they got $500 of our money, for no service. Who knows. We shall see….

Right on the beach and if you book the beachfront, then the water is right at your door! Down side is it is very expensive and for that price, you would expect better facilities. 1 room had aircon that didn't work. The other thing is the restaurant was under renovations. So for breakfast, they give a voucher to go to another restaurant which is fine. The problem is the restaurant doesn't seem very happy to serve people with the breakfast voucher. They also tell you that coffee is not included in the breakfast and that it costs 100 baht which is insane. Especially when you are paying premium price for the rooms.

Great location. Right on the beach. No beach chairs or tables available in front of the hotel. You sit on the beach or nothing. Hotel restaurant was closed and under renovation. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows and sheets. Room was a little small but nice and comfortable. Reception staff was pleasant and helpful. We had one small problem with our stay. The cleaners decided to throw in the garbage my cold pizza (in the pizza box) and my ashtray with a joint in it. There are many options when staying on Koh Tao so we will choose another hotel on our next visit.

What an amazing location and accommodation. Our room opened straight on to the beach and as a bonus had a wide net bed hanging over the beach. Literally steps from the sea, it was perfect. The room was comfortable and well serviced and, apart from our arrival (the promised car wasn't there, then we arrived to find a young woman looking at her phone who told us wasn't staff and had to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive to check us in, but it was New Year's Eve so understandable... perhaps). Great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops were all within walking distance and a great vibe filled the place. We will definitely return.
