    Excellent resort. We had an amazing stay and truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a peaceful and spacious atmosphere. The open landscape and cool sea breeze made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our villa was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we slept very well every night. The bathroom was also large, functional, and well designed. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly throughout our stay. The beach is stunning, with soft white sand and a calm atmosphere. It’s also a great spot for snorkeling, with clear water and plenty to explore just offshore. Breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of choices. The breakfast area has a beautiful view, making every morning even more enjoyable. We also loved the wellness activities, especially the yoga sessions and the ice bath experience. They were well organized and very reasonably priced. Overall, this was a truly memorable trip. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

    Travelled thousands of miles to stay here for 3 nights, and thank goodness we picked this resort. Their more premium room/hut is recommended. Go for that and don't cheap out. Exceptional staff. They pretty much all speak English so that's great for a set level of communication. Can do we perhaps a small gym for when the weather is not the best (tropical rain), which is inevitable. Would probably be great to have some facilities to iron some clothing (linen shirts I'm looking at you). Highly recommended. Remember to book early as they are popular.

    This resort left us with truly mixed feelings. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The entrance, the lobby, the walk to our villa, the villa itself, and the beautifully maintained grounds all create the feeling of a secluded tropical island escape. The pool is excellent, the white sandy beach is spotless, and the breakfast and dining area are both lovely. This is genuinely one of Koh Tao’s hidden gems and feels significantly more luxurious than most other properties on the island. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff overshadowed what could have been a perfect stay. Most of the staff we encountered were pleasant, but the reception team was inconsistent. One particular lady at the front desk, along with another gentleman, were repeatedly rude and unwelcoming. This wasn’t an isolated incident—it happened over three consecutive days during our five-night stay. Their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and completely disrupted the relaxing atmosphere that the resort works so hard to create. After we spoke with the manager, he handled the situation exceptionally well. He listened carefully, was genuinely professional, and did everything he could to make the remainder of our stay comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate his efforts, and he deserves recognition for the way he managed the situation. We travel extensively and have written reviews for more than 500 hotels and resorts around the world across different platforms. We’ve experienced everything from exceptionally warm hospitality to service that simply meets expectations, and we’ve never felt the need to comment on staff attitudes because we understand that everyone can have difficult days or be under pressure. However, experiencing the same level of rudeness from the same reception staff over three consecutive days was something we have never encountered before. It was disappointing because everything else about this beautiful resort exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend this resort for its stunning location, facilities, beach, villas, and overall atmosphere. We only hope the management addresses the inconsistency at the reception, because with genuinely welcoming front desk staff, this resort could easily offer one of the best hospitality experiences in Koh Tao.

    Snorkelling from the hotel to the most beautiful beach of Koh Tao. Turtles and sharks can be found in the area directly in front of the hotel, and you may be able to see them both in the morning and in the afternoon. However, considering the price, I do not think the hotel offers good value for money. The room was very basic. The bed was acceptable, but the air conditioner was noisy. There was no hair towel provided, the television did not work, and the telephone in the room was also broken. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the breakfast was of average quality. The swimming pool was beautiful and very pleasant, but there were not even any pool towels available. This hotel may be worth considering if your priority is staying near a beautiful beach where you can snorkel directly in front of the hotel. However, do not expect much from the quality of the rooms, as they do not match the price you are paying.
