It really was a hidden gem , the room was spotless and large, with a great bathroom, the bed was superbly comfortable, the decor was beautiful, a hairdryer if required, a beach bag with towels to use if you wished, also an umbrella if needed , it was cleaned daily and pristine .. our hostess went above and beyond to be helpful, calling cars and taxis for us and was always smiling and happy to help ..also a mini bar and a selection of snacks at very competitive prices …

Wonderful stay in a quiet yet central location

The Hidden Gem was an amazing place to stay—super clean, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, and the room felt safe, quiet, and relaxing. Despite the calm location, it’s close to excellent restaurants, a lovely bakery, and a great coffee spot. Everything is within easy reach: about 10–15 minutes’ walk to the city center with shops, pharmacies, and busy streets, and around 15 minutes to the beach. We spent New Year’s Eve enjoying the nightlife nearby and loved being able to return to such a peaceful and comfortable place. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and drinkable water provided, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended. Great parking at the site and safe as its not on main road.

Make sure to have a motorbike to get around.

The location is perfect, it’s a walking distance from the sairee beach area! The staff were really nice! Always greeting with a smile (: The rooms are clean and comfortable and neatly decorated!

There is a tiny catch with the climb up to the actual hotels, it’s a bit of a stretch but not too bad (:

Very clean, new, and modern property.

Extremely clean overall. Quiet location. Free water bottles every day. Great AC. Fast wifi. Comfy bed.

1. You have to walk up a steep hill and the stairs to get to the property. No elevators. 2. The taxi pickup we arranged through the hotel for 400 baht from the ferry port arrived 30 minutes late. The hotel gave no apology or explanation although we reached out through WhatsApp. 3. The bathroom was clean and modern, but there was a faint smell of fish (maybe from the sewer, I have no idea where it came from) in the bathroom.

Unterkunft im Boutique Style

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Sairee Beach entfernt, es ist aber immer ruhig. Es befinden sich dort jede Menge gute Restaurants und Cafés. Für Inselerkundungen kann man sich ganz unbürokratisch ein Moped direkt bei der Unterkunft leihen. Das Zimmer war frisch, sauber, sehr gepflegt. Das Bett war angenehm und die Matratze noch nicht durchgelegen. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und bei der Dusche bzw Waschbecken gab's auch einen starken Wasserdruck (was ja nicht überall der Fall ist).

Super Hotel

Sehr schönes Zimmer und super freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist schön ruhig gelegen und man ist doch schnell zu Fuß beim Sairee Beach. Mit dem Roller kommt man gut zu den anderen Stränden. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

עלייה תלולה למבנה, כמעט בלתי אפשרי לעלות עם מזוודה. שכרנו מהמלון קטנוע שלאחר מכן התברר שהמחיר היה מופרז. גם מחיר המונית מהמזח וחזרה שהמלון גבה היה מופרז

Un petit cocon moderne

Des chambres toutes neuves et décorées avec soin, idéalement situées sur Ko Tao. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute. Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied du centre mais pour autant c'est calme. L'insonorisation n'est toutefois pas optimale. Il y a tout le nécessaire voir plus : serviettes de bain et de plages, chaussons, tongs, peignoirs, mini bar (café, thé, eau offerts), sèche-cheveux, télévision etc Les chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour, c'est vraiment très propre.

Si je peux donner un conseil, au vu du prix de la chambre, un petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu. Le ratio qualité/prix n'est pas optimale mais sur Ko Tao les prix sont au-dessus du reste de la Thailande voir de certaines parties d'Europe. Merci pour tout le reste !

Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr neu und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage hat uns persönlich sehr gut gefallen, da man sehr nah am Sairee Beach war, wo auch abends etwas los ist und man sehr gute Essensmöglichkeiten hat. Man wohnt aber nicht direkt dort, sodass man nicht die Lautstärke fürchten muss. Mimi hat sich super um uns gekümmert und es mangelte uns an nichts. Selbst als wir unser Müsli zuhause frühstücken wollten, wurden uns Schüsseln und Besteck gegeben.

Man sollte schon fit sein, da der Anstieg zum Zimmer ziemlich steil ist. Für uns war das allerdings gar kein Problem und dafür wurde man mit einer schönen Aussicht belohnt.
