    Room smells absolutely rancid, its disgusting. Even the perimeter of the hotel smells terrible. The room was spacious and they let me check in early but it was very icky. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet not clean. The entire property needs refurbishing. I would avoid if possible. Location is great though

    As was mentioned, do not stay here if you want to sleep. Their own bar belts out music until 2am at least and you can hear every but of it. The room itself has a musty smell throughout and feels damp. The building is in disrepair and clearly the owners no longer care. Perfectly fine if you are young, just want to crash somewhere after drinking all night. Pictures if the pool look nice but the pool is actually across the road and open to everyone. One final note and this did make me laugh - as we checked in, we were informed of extra charges that could be levied if they decide anything is misused, for example the towels got dirty 😀😀

    Nothing against the hotel as it was clean, staff were lovely, and good vamue, just it was on the pub crawl route so for families with yyounger children it may not be a good fit if you want to sleep;)

    I was surprised by the poor customer service. I checked in with the manager, and from his attitude I immediately realized I shouldn't expect much from this hotel. He couldn't even offer a smile and was unfriendly the entire time. When I asked for two extra pillows, he said he would only give me one. He then turned away and started dealing with other matters while I still had questions, without even asking if I needed anything else. I asked for a knife to cut some fruit, and he said they didn't have one (despite the hotel serving breakfast) and told me to ask at nearby restaurants instead. The room is in urgent need of renovation. I was given a TV remote control that was literally falling apart, and both the furniture and the flooring had several damaged and broken parts. What bothered me the most was the shower. There is no wall mount for the shower head, so you have to hold it in your hand during the entire shower. On top of that, the hose was too short and wouldn't even reach above my head. It made showering extremely uncomfortable. There is also a beach club next to the hotel playing loud music throughout the night.
