Had a great 3 day stay, staff was always helpful, free taxi ride to pier, good breakfast was included and the view from their restaurant is amazing. Rooms were clean, and bathrooms too were clean.

The property offers excellent value with clean rooms, friendly staff, and reliable hot water. Amenities and parking are well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable stay. While the location is convenient, the Wi-Fi connection was noticeably weak, which was the only downside during the visit. But for the price you really can’t complain

Having read other reviews I was very excited to stay here. But our stay was disappointing. The bungalow was fine, decent size and had a small kitchen even (with a cockroach). But the WiFi was unusable in the room, I had to work outside which would have been fine but there is so much motorcycle traffic going past the room it was really noisy, people on my video call complained. Then there was an hour long power cut so I couldn't work at all.
The view from our room was of local houses with loads of rubbish piled up outside. I saw an enormous rat run under our bungalow. I'm guessing the rubbish encourages them.
Pros - the room itself was comfortable and clean. The staff were all very nice, we were offered a change of room when we checked out early but it was too late. We just wanted to leave.
We booked 4 nights and left after 1.

Great value for money when considering the included breakfast. We had a nice view over the water and there are plenty of very good food options and a 7/11 nearby. Our room was in the building (not a bungalow) and balcony had a couple of chairs, though it wasn't a wide space. We really loved this part of Koh Tao, it's quiet and has everything we needed. Recommended.
