    We had a pleasant 5 day stay. The chalet room was adequate but very very small. No cupboards, just a minimal hanging space. No TV. The bottom bed legs stick out beyond the bed and both of us painfully stubbed our toes on them many times over our 5 day stay. The duvet cover was on the small side and did not fully cover both of us. Excellent air conditioning unit. Good bathroom with hot water for the shower, if you leave it running long enough! Great location near the pool, although the pool water was cloudy and had tree litter on the surface at times. The hotel is pretty central for the beach and local restaurants and nightlife. Fabulous breakfast. Overall, happy with our stay and would visit again

    Very rude staff at reception, we didn’t receive the beachfront villa with a private pool that we had booked and were given 2 shabby, filthy room’s nowhere near the beach. When we showed them our booking confirmation and said this is what we have paid for their attitude was if you don’t like it then you can leave and go elsewhere. The rooms were very dated and shabby, full of cobwebs and dust and had a bad smell about them. The pool was filthy dirty and green, god knows what you would catch if you dared to go in it which we obviously never. They had electric extension leads lying around on the decking next to the pool. The overall resort grounds and gardens are unkept. All the staff in the bar and breakfast areas are just sitting around on their phones and not looking out for the customers at all. We only went there for breakfast once as this was also well below par and when I asked for a coffee at the counter the member of staff was watching something on his phone and I had to ask twice to get his attention. There were open bin bags next to the coffee bar full of rubbish. The whole attitude of the place feels that no one gives a *hit and there is no management there to give the staff some serious training. The location of the resort is probably one of the best on Sairee beach and it’s such a shame that it feels like no one can see the potential of what it could be. It’s like it has just been left to deteriorate and go downhill. Finally don’t book with Agoda as they have done nothing about us not getting the beachfront villa that we booked and paid for. Their customer service is shocking too.

    We stayed in one of the older-style cabins. The beds and general furnishings were very dated, and the air conditioning was noisy. The water pressure was extremely weak—more of a trickle than a flow. We appreciated the location right on Sairee Beach, the good breakfasts, and the excellent local food available just outside the hotel gate by the main road.
