    Room was nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach at the bottom of the hotel is also very nice. You can get a good view of the sunset

    Really run down hotel, or room had broken floor tiles which is dangerous. Pictures on this website needs to be updated. Also I had paid for a superior room but got a really run down room which not happy about.

    There was no pick up at the pier eventhough they said so. When we arrived to the room we were given, we immediately noticed janky door, dust on furniture and the BIG surprise was an army of ants in the shower. What I can appreciate is that they gave us a new room immediately. Which was better. But still not the cleanest and not like on the pictures. The biggest issue was the bathroom having a horrible smell sometimes and dirty balcony to which the doors didn't close properly and ants were coming in(not a whole army as in the first room). The pool area is nice but not maintained which is a bummer. Tiles were missing in the pool, leaves were in the pool and nobody seemed to care. Also the beach bar and gym were completely abandoned. Overall we are dissapointed with this stay, they have a great location and if some work would be put in to it, it would be a great stay. Don't be fooled by their pictures.
