The view was absolutely amazing and it was so special being able to wake up directly next to the ocean . Amazing bay to snorkel and it was close to walk to really amazing restaurants .
We didn’t mind them as it provided exercise but if you are not able to walk up lots of stairs then this might not be the property for you .

Great cliff-side rooms overlooking Shark Bay.
Staff helpful and friendly. Good size comfy beds with AC. Steepish stairs down to private beach which is small with bar and access to bay. Is not the main sandy beach on shark Bay though, is a small cove. Hotel provides free snorkel and mask for stay. Saw many fish and a large turtle in the bay. Though visibility of water can vary greatly day to day.
Restaurant is ok, not the best we had. For that would recommend Ananas about 5min walk down the road.
Also freedom beach on opposite side of the spit is great, a wide sandy beach with tree shade and loungers and a decent bar/restaurant. And a huge variety of fish to see out on the reef. L

The rooms (booked family bungalow) and the view were stunning! There were stairs from our bungalow straight to Shark Bay for snorkeling. Had our own private outside area. The hotel can help get anything you need, from snorkeling equipment for free, to scooters, manicure, go pro rental, etc.
The restaurant was not great, but there are many other options to dine in the area.

Great location. One really cool room with amazing views and amazing staff
The bathroom was not great and the rooms could do with updating especially the one that doesn’t have the views
