Jamahkiri Dive Resort & Spa

A beautiful and uniquely designed hotel on the side of a cliff. Very comfy room, clean, quiet and relaxing. The views from the balconies are stunning. The dive shop was exactly what we were looking for, small dive groups run by experienced guides, and the flexibility to make sure the dives delivered to peoples experience and expectations. The restaurant had great food for every meal, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. We appreciated how available the staff were to every request.

You pay for the views with the steps up and down to the rooms, but we appreciated the exercise:) What makes the resort quiet, is also its location away from the main hub, but that means that you will need to hire taxis to get in and out (or rent a motorbike but be very careful the roads are steep!).

What wasn’t to like. The views were breathtaking, I got to watch the sun rise and set above the ocean from my balcony, the staff is so helpful-patient-kind and it’s a great fit whether you are a solo traveler or with loved ones! Thank you so much for such an incredible stay.

Perhaps add more vegetarian options. That’s it!

Jamakhiri The place is truly amazing. They put a lot of effort in the design and details of everything. The view is breathtaking overlooking shark bay. We had a great time for 2 nights and we wished we wish we could stay longer. The beach next to resort is a true gem. One of the best resort we visited. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Pool is great and goes up to 2.2 meters which is fun. Happy hour every day. (Note prices are without vat and service charges) Room was very spacious and maintained with balcony with an awesome ocean view below. Beds are super comfortable. All in all great experience Highly recommended

On the downside its a bit far from the center, so you need taxi or to rent a car/motorcycle. There are shuttles 3 times a day to the pier and you need to get back by yourself. The resort’s restaurant is tasty but a bit expensive. Take into consideration there are a lot of stairs going from one place to another.

The room itself which was part of a new complex that belongs to the hotel was good. The hotel itself is very very old but this suite was good.

The stuff are not very nice Not very attentive They must work on the service One of the worst hotel staff ever experienced. Breakfast is very very basic and poor. The location of the hotel was bad - the way to the lobby contains a road that is highly corrupted and if you come with a motorcycle (which is probably the case) then it can be very dangerous.
