We had a really wonderful stay at Jamahkiri Dive Resort & Spa. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, the team was kind and helpful, and the room service was fast and reasonably priced. The spa was absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

There were only three things worth mentioning: the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, and there were workers renovating right in front of our private pool. They were very kind and there was no invasion of privacy at all, but it did feel a little uncomfortable at times. Also, the hotel is quite remote, so guests who do not rent a scooter may need to rely on taxis or the hotel shuttles. The shuttles are very convenient, free of charge, and even run according to ferry times, which is great — but it is still important to know in terms of getting around. In addition, there seemed to be very little awareness or understanding of gluten-free needs, which was a bit disappointing.

Everywhere was lovely & clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. Pick up to and from the ferry was great. Ladies in the spa were lovely.

The only thing I have to say is they could do with a few more and later shuttles down into town. The latest back was 6.30pm so we got a taxi, which was very expensive.

The room itself which was part of a new complex that belongs to the hotel was good. The hotel itself is very very old but this suite was good.

The stuff are not very nice Not very attentive They must work on the service One of the worst hotel staff ever experienced. Breakfast is very very basic and poor. The location of the hotel was bad - the way to the lobby contains a road that is highly corrupted and if you come with a motorcycle (which is probably the case) then it can be very dangerous.
