Sai Daeng Resort

The best part about this place is the amazing snorkeling available from both the front and back beach. Really great healthy coral straight off the beach. baby black tip reef sharks front beach, and incredible fan corals off the rocks. the pool is great but we spent the whole time in the ocean! Bring reef shoes if you have them but don't worry if not. The location is lovely and quiet. We headed into Sairee Beach for a bit of variety in the food. It is a 10/15 min taxi ride away - was very fun, much busier - is full of backpackers. The hotel is beautiful and great value.

The beach is not really swimmable, but the snorkelling is excellent. However, the pool is awesome as are the bar staff situated there. Happy hour! I highly recommend the yoga classes. There's an emphasis on health here, and with all the stair climbing and activities, you'll leave in better shape than you arrived. Breakfast is outstanding, and the view out over the ocean is very peaceful, restful, romantic.

Nothing could have been better really. The resort is what it is, and has a bit of an all-inclusive vibe. You can go down into the Koh Tao township, and that's cool, but we really enjoyed just staying around the resort itself.

It’s beautiful location, views of the sea straight from the bedroom. Snorkelling straight off the resort beach was amazing .

Nothing. Only a point to consider by the nature of the hotel perched on a hill over looking the bay there are lots of steep steps to climb. Some people may struggle with this.

Proximity to beach and snorkeling and love the pool bar and the manicured grounds. Everybody works very hard T Saideng and it’s a good team of respectful and polite staff.

Our doom had the air conditioning on the deck which made it very hot and hard to e joy the deck.
