Fantastic room with beautiful sea view, perfect options for snorkelling super close to room, room came with snorkelling set, very attentive and helpful staff, great dinner and breakfast (many options). The beach at the front of the resort has some shallow waters and is nice for snorkelling, but the snorkelling spot at the back, with the rocks, is better (deeper water, somewhat healthier corals). We thoroughly enjoyed it and were sorry that we hadn’t booked a night extra or two!

One suggestion: please inform guests upon arrival how to carefully and respectfully enter the water with the corals. I saw some guests trodding along, stepping on the actual corals. This does not help in protecting what is left! This is naturally not the fault of the resort, but the resort could perhaps do a bit more to inform the guests how to go about it.

The best part about this place is the amazing snorkeling available from both the front and back beach. Really great healthy coral straight off the beach. baby black tip reef sharks front beach, and incredible fan corals off the rocks. the pool is great but we spent the whole time in the ocean! Bring reef shoes if you have them but don't worry if not. The location is lovely and quiet. We headed into Sairee Beach for a bit of variety in the food. It is a 10/15 min taxi ride away - was very fun, much busier - is full of backpackers. The hotel is beautiful and great value.
