    I really enjoyed staying here. The property is new and modern. Comfortable villa in a peaceful area. It is not far to walk to the beach and you will find 7/11 near by the property. The check in process was smooth and May ensured that my stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you for the more than expected service during my stay. I will for sure come back next time. I recommend this property :)

    Two things are striking about this place: the stunning design and minimalist aesthetic, and the stunningly minimal amenities. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels for 25% the cost of this place, and had far better attention to guest comfort than here. There are no tissues or bathmat provided; the second-daily housekeeping comprises bed straightening and clean towels, with no provision of additional water (I had to send messages requesting toilet paper replenishment) and not once during my four-night stay were the tea towels changed or dishes put away. For the price they charge, I would have expected something a little better quality than the common sachets of Nescafé Blend 43 might be provided, especially considering the ‘resort’ doesn’t even have a pool. It’s strange to call it a ‘resort’ as there is no reception, no pool and minimal attention paid to the comfort of guests: it’s more like a ludicrously overpriced (barely-) serviced apartment. What’s more, if you want to stay in and enjoy the peace and serenity for the price you’re paying, there was pneumatic drilling from early morning to 5pm daily, as they are building more rooms - surely a discount would have been warranted under these circumstances. Presumably one is paying for the lovely architect and interior design and the view of the water. The latter of these is unfortunately spoiled by the fact that all the rooms overlook the owner’s quarters (which the cheesecloth curtains go some way towards moderating), hence it is a little challenging to relax and enjoy the view. The checkout time of 10:00am is also pretty uncivil, considering the hefty price and that most check outs are midday (or at the very earliest 11am).
