A little further away from shops and restaurants but arguably one of the best views on the island.

absolutely amazing views, nice and quiet, tucked away, staff was super friendly and even helped us with getting a massive spider out of the bathroom.

it is a bit tricky to get to, there is quite a large hit to get down and on a scooter it could be difficult for some.

Overpriced, run down and bug/ants invasion

I'm sorry to write this but i wished somebody could have written this earlier. Here the facts: It is pretty run down for example the chairs were broken and not replaced, wood terrace fixed badly, the shower sprinkled in every direction but it is hard to get wet under it (photos are attached). Two out of three nights we had a ant/bug invasion on the terrace and in the room (photo is attached, if you read carefully the reviews one person mentioned it earlier). Additionaly a nice cockroach and a big gecko in the bathroom were included in the price. I guess these fellows liked the humid and mouldy room more than we did. There is a reason why they don't have a photo of the bathroom. Last of all if you are unlucky you won't have so much privacy because two bungalows share one platform/terrace and if you are the luckiest person at all you can enjoy the views with spitting sounds of your chinese neighbors. Oh and if you are one of these guys who are expecting room service you won't get it here either. It was not as horrible as it sounds like and we luckily stayed just 3 nights but we had much better accommodations/bungalows on kohtao in this price range on sai daeng and aow leuk beach. I'm sorry for the guys who are working there but you should maintain your place properly or change the prices.

Claramente lo mejor son las vistas y la provacidad, compensa todo lo demas. El personal es un encanto y te ayudan en todo.

Las escaleras del apartamento era muy empinada y las usabamos a cuatro patas porque nos daba miedo caer. El vàter tiene ducha sin plato de ducha o bañera, estilo thai. Algunos insectos se cuelan dentro. No se puede pedir comida desde la habitacion y solo nos limpiaron la habitacion un dia que tenia mos que escoger nosotros de las 5 noches que nos quedamos, lo que me parece muy poco para lo que pagamos.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la tranquillité et le sentiment de calme qui règne dans l'établissement. Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. La cuisine est au top et le cadre qui va avec est sublime !
