It was conveniently located close to everything on Sairee Beach. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a villa with two rooms, right next to the pool. It was easy to access the other beaches from here utilizing a scooter hired from the resort. They also assisted us to book transport back to Bangkok.
Everything was great except for a group of young people screaming and shouting in the pool at 4.30am. The night manager did get them to move along.

Property had a great pool, close to the beach, fantastic area if you want lots of activity ! It is quiet after 10:00 pm and the room was sound proof! Loved the breakfast and beach bar. Very large room !
The air con was not strong at all and turns off when you leave as it is controlled by the room key. No English tv available. Have to purchase pool towels.

Seashell is a resort of contrasts - the room was very good, clean & comfortable and the pool was also good and cleaned daily, however other areas of the resort were less good
The restaurant and bar looked almost empty every night - so chose to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was disappointing in the restaurant but the pre-ordered takeaway was a good option. There are some very helpful staff - but overall customer service not at the forefront at this resort
