8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The location is amazing, right on Sairee beach which I think is the best beach for kids in Koh Tao, others are deep and or rocky. The pools were absolutely beautiful, warm and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful
The breakfast wasn't that great, exact same food everyday and not the best.

Fabulous location Perfect room
Breakfast was ok but lacked selection Staff could have been more attentive, slow to respond The swimming pool area was not well kept. 2 pools were being drained and looked horrendous

The location is perfect for the beach and shops. Room was clean and comfortable.
A bar next door is very loud at night and the music carries into the room. One night we did not have running water. Staff was helpful but not very friendly at check in and check out.

Location is good
Beds were like a rock. Only allowed one room key per room. Had to purchase beach/pool towels. Would not give late checkout even when they had rooms available. Had to pay for another day just to check out at 2 pm
