Room was newly constructed, and had a swimming pool immediately outside. I had expected to get one of the older cottages without a pool.
Toilet paper was cheap and flimsy and in short supply. The towels were not changed the whole 6 nights we were there.

The location was perfect, really easy to walk everywhere
They are not really good at cleaning, they didn’t change the bathroom floorboard, when we asked for cleaning, and I te get really humid and then smelly

Free transfers between the resort & pier. Breakfast was great. Was quiet despite being so close to the party area. Water & toilet paper provided daily (& room clean offered daily if requested). Room was clean and comfortable. There was a swimming pool If wanted.
Reception staff could work on their customer service skills a little!

My most frustrating thing is when I booked it says garden view. What it doesn’t say is they have properties going all the way back across the main road further than the ocean. On top of that I got put at the very last cabin in the forest so it would take me 8 minutes to walk down to the beach because I don’t have a scooter. I don’t mind that but there were other garden views closer to the beach same thing so they just didn’t advertise it properly.
On top of that my shower water pressure was terrible and I’m a girl with thin hair, if I turned the pressure up there’s no hot water.
I had hot water for only 5 minutes the total 2 nights I was there thankfully I could go to my friends resort to use hers. I would’ve asked to get it fixed but I would’ve had to walk all the way down to the reception where the beach is and couldn’t be bothered since it was late.
I had also quite a bit of mosquitos in the room when I first arrived and got a fair few bites.
