Fabulous location
Perfect room
Breakfast was ok but lacked selection
Staff could have been more attentive, slow to respond
The swimming pool area was not well kept. 2 pools were being drained and looked horrendous

The location is perfect for the beach and shops. Room was clean and comfortable.
A bar next door is very loud at night and the music carries into the room. One night we did not have running water. Staff was helpful but not very friendly at check in and check out.

It was conveniently located close to everything on Sairee Beach. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a villa with two rooms, right next to the pool. It was easy to access the other beaches from here utilizing a scooter hired from the resort. They also assisted us to book transport back to Bangkok.
Everything was great except for a group of young people screaming and shouting in the pool at 4.30am. The night manager did get them to move along.

Location is good
Beds were like a rock. Only allowed one room key per room. Had to purchase beach/pool towels. Would not give late checkout even when they had rooms available. Had to pay for another day just to check out at 2 pm
