Perfect location and comfortable stay

We ended up paying for the transfer back to the pier twice. We paid on arrival, the receptionist forgot and said we didn't but we 100% did! She admitted she was confused as we were paying for transfers, tours and laundry all at the same time... Make sure they write everything down for you.

Enjoyable stay

Good location at the quieter end of Sai Ri beach. Close enough to walk to local shops, restaurants and bars. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Handy having a laundry option available which was good value for money. Menu had good options available whether it was for breakfast/lunch or dinner.

Awesome little find, best end of Sairee Beach away from the noise..

Perfect!

Ahhh love love loved this property! You’re right on the beach, rooms are cleaned to perfection, very spacious. You’re a little out of the main area but such an easy walk along the beach and you’re there! Hotel staff are so so friendly and helpful! It was a treat to stay here. Wish we’d stayed longer and would’ve had they’d had availability.

Fantastic beach front bungalow with amazing see view

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at the beach front bungalow with a dazzling view onto the Sairee beach. The bungalow was really spacious and very beautiful. It was particularly well furnished and had a pretty high ceiling. We had daily breakfast on the comfortable terrace gazing at the sea. Nothing was missing in the bungalow. This hence made our stay all the more pleasant. Furthermore, the resort organizes snorkeling tours and rents motorbikes. We booked the tour with the company called Oxygen and had such an amazing unforgettable day. In addition, this resort is close to the fine dining, shopping area and night life area of Koh Tao along the Sairee beach by foot or even closer by motorbike. This is the reason why we didn't eat at its restaurant and cannot rate it. Moreover, the beach itself is quite good for a swim or even snorkeling by the rocks and boulders on the right hand side of the beach.

A local family is running the business. As we had just arrived at the reception desk, the woman in charge of signing us in was very unfriendly. She didn't greet us and started explaining to us which services the resort offered together with their prices. She was thriving to push us to book any of them. In addition, the lady in charge of the motorbikes is the sister of this reception desk lady. She was as unfriendly as her sister. We had no possible way to choose the motorbike nor the helmets that we wanted as she had already done it for us. As a result, we got the vehicle that was in the worst shape. I would highly recommend this place because this unfriendliness could be related to the language barrier.

A great stay

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The resort picked us up from the port and despite our ferry being in an hour late they were waiting for us. When we arrived at the resort the lady on reception asked what we wanted to do today. I told her I wanted to visit a few bags but wasn’t sure how to get there. Within ten minutes she had sorted us a reasonably priced trip and within half an hour we were on a boat and had a lovely day. The resort itself is clean and well presented. The bungalows on the beach have a good sized bed, good air con and a decent shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable, peaceful but difficult to swim or snorkel in the sea, the 2 main things that were most important to us.

Very clean and very comfortable. Bootiful views. It was easy to walk into the busier parts where you had a choice of food, bars, but without the noise and hassle and it was very peaceful.

The shower head was broken … but am sure they will fix that pronto. You couldn’t really swim in the sea unless it is high tide, and even then you have to walk out quite a way before it was deep enough. That didn’t bother me as we got transport to other beaches where you could swim and snorkel, both of which were important for us … but it is an additional expense and hassle.

First room had to change as really noisy AC boxes outside room noises all night Restuarant and bar closed by 5-6 pm no one on reception after 6 pm , so you have to call if there is a problem, which there was we had a blackout fixed within 30 mins

Beautiful property situated right on the beach! The rooms were well equipped and spotless, and only a short 50 yards from the sand. They had a lovely small bar with an excellent barman who made good cocktails, which was perfect with the view. The staff also helped me organise a snorkelling trip and our ferries which was handy. The resort was a short 10 min walk from the busy area of Sairee which is great too.

Very nice bungalows at a perfect location

Very good resort for this price. We were staying in a Superior Villa which was very nice, we had a big terrace, the bathroom was also excellent. They cleaned every day and brought us fresh water. The location is perfect, bit further from the noise but still walk-distance to the centre. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaned. The reception is only open until 5pm, but for us it wasn’t a problem.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfy. The Location is perfect, calm but not too far from the center. You can rent a scooter directly from the reception.

the property is beach front on Sairee Beach, right at the end. it is out of the party scene so nice and peaceful but just a short ten minutes walk down the beach and there ar enunerois beachfront restaurants and bars

the bungalows are sub par. the air conditioning didn’t work in the bungalow we booked, it kept switching off in the night and then it started to spit ice out whenever we switched it back. we then moved to another bungalow where the sink drain pipe came off the wall and spilt dirty water all over the bathroom with a smell that just would not go away. we were then moved to another room, a villa which in my opinion should be the only residencies available to book

Love this place!

Love this place, we've stayed a few times now. Perfect location at the quiet end of the beach, so it's very quiet at night but just a 10 min stroll down the beach to the nightlife. The staff are lovely, the food and drinks are amazing - especially the strawberry dairquiris!! Snorkelling is great, bungalows are lovely. I could happily live here forever.
