Incredible host, incredible food, incredible accommodations, absolute perfection.

Super nice place, very cozy! Great price for the accommodations, and has basically anything a traveler could need. The best part of it all is the owner, Carmen. She was extraordinarily kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, and provided incredible breakfast every morning. She runs a great place, and I would strongly recommend this bnb to any travelers headed to Como!

This isn't an issue with the property, but you need to take a bus to get into the main city due to the distance. However, these buses can be inconsistent, which can make getting into the city a bit tough.

Abysmal, nightmare, just don't go there

Didn't bother with breakfast, general standard from accommodation was so appalling I didn't risk Salmonella breakfast.

I'm trying to find the right words. Attitude of host, abysmal, room =abysmal, facilities = non existant, value for money. On a scale of 1-10 , I'd offer -157

Just do yourself a favour, go elsewhere, sleep in a field, whatever. Wentworth Detention Centre is better at welcoming residents than this.

2 nights, mom and son

We loved Carmen, she is a really gentle and sheet hostess! The Room seem verry New and had a Great Shower. We would love to have a small Light between the beds, so we can use a bit of Light when the kid goes a sleep more early. Thanks a lot for the stay and welcomming us Carmen!

Overpriced for what you get .

The Lady Carmen was nice .It was clean .

Its overpriced , breakfast is nice for kids as lots of sweet but no ham , no cheese, no eggs.We stayed two nights .I asked lady for ham at the breakfast .The next morning we had ham and cheese. No Tv in a room . Its basicaly in a basement of the building .

Exceptional

The host, Carmen was a lovely lady she aimed to please, the room was very clean, there was a fridge too which was useful. The breakfast was always pastries and fruit which was lovely, it’s a little walk to the closest train but you can get the bus too. A little hard to find where the b&b is because it’s in an apartment block but still great nevertheless. Carmen was also kind enough to drive us back to the train station after our stay, we had a nice time there.

I paid 400€ for 4 night and the room was like prison room without window without Tv and you couldn’t sleep in morning because the owner was talking too loud . never coming there back

Dodgy!

The breakfast was plentiful and well organized.

Although we had the room to ourselves, this was clearly set up as a dormitory or group travel room. We used the double bed but there were four other beds crammed into the room. There were virtually no power outlets for charging and very little space for setting up luggage. For the price, I expected a more comfortable experience. A final note, the keys for the room door and entry were challenging to operate. This is in a very residential area with no travel conveniences near by.

We had an amazing time in the Como, where the host was quite nice, and we had a fantastic time in her house. The house was a little far from the centre, but you could catch a bus to get to the centre simply. The price also was reasonable compared with other houses around. Highly recommended.

Pleasant

Very friendly host who was very attentive to serve us a good breakfast. A little fridge in the room. Big and clean bathroom with enough space to put all your stuff. Huge supermarket and a park close by. The host speaks several languages and responded immediately when I called her (the BnB is in a normal condominio house, so I wasn't sure if I was at the right address)

I realized I personally don't feel very comfortable with a room in the basement with such small windows on top that we could not really open. The walls are quite thin, so you might hear other guests. Fridge in the room is great, but also makes quite some noise. Better bring earplugs ;) Although it was a non-smoking place, the entry/breakfast area smelled like smoke (I guess the host was smoking outside, but the smoke came in through the open door).

it’s far from centre .

staffs can’t speak English and the lady can speak Italian. the room hasn’t double bed . only to single bed . No free wifi. No signal if you want your own Internet . No air condition . very noisy in the hallway.

Schlechte Unterkunft und schlechtes Frühstück.

Das vergleichsweise kleine Zimmer lag im Keller und hatte auch nur ein schwer zu öffnendes Kellerfenster. Das Bett war sehr schmal. Das Bad zeigte noch Auswirkungen eines Wasserschadens. Das Frühstück fand im Kellerflur statt und es wurde nur Kuchen angeboten. Der Kaffee war nach unserer Einschätzung eine Aufgusslösung. Wir haben 151,-- € für eine Nacht bezahlt, was für dieses Zimmer absolut überteuert war; eigentlich eine Frechheit!

Voyage improvisé, réservé deux heures avant, agréable surprise

A la place d’un simple digit code Carmen est présente, au petit soins, c’est très pratique et très agréable. Au delà de la barrière de la langue, les rapports humains sont plus efficaces et plus enrichissant que les machines ! Bisous Carmen et encore merci !
