A bit disappointed with the noise from the street and the sleeping accomodation

Bath, kitchen ok

Very noisy. Windows havn't ben installed correct Bed to small and madras very bad - I'm 1,83 so shouldnt be an issue, but was.

Stylish, comfortable and clean in excellent location. Everything modern and well designed. Great shower room. Very helpful and courteous staff.

The studio has underfloor heating and was very chilly when I arrived (the balcony door had been left open), it took about 24 hours for the temperature to become comfortable. Once the downstairs area is pleasantly warm the raised bed platform becomes VERY warm whereas I prefer to sleep in a cooler room. Not an issue when you can leave windows open but at 0 to 1C during my stay that wasn’t an option. The living area needs a bit more lighting in form of table lamps or uplighters as the only floor lamp was very dim and the wall lights were far too bright.

Recommended!

The room was comfortable, well equipped, and very clean. We had a balcony on the 5th floor, and just one more floor up was the rooftop terrace with a good view of the surroundings. Extremely convenient public transportation directly outside with Altona station. Late night check-in was not a problem.

The elevator was out of order which meant 5 floors of stairs to climb, but that's just unfortunate timing and it didn't really take anything away from a wonderful stay.

Very good quality but not much space

Perfect location for access to the S Bahn, shops and restaurants and the river. All the fixtures and fittings are very well designed and spotlessly clean. Reception staff are very helpful.

The Basic room isn’t really big enough for a couple staying more than 1 night. The double bed can only be accessed from one side and the ceiling in the sleeping area is very low, meaning lots of clambering over each other. We found it claustrophobic. If you can afford a larger room it’s probably great.

I was very happy with the room

The kitchen in the entrance area was comfortable and offered enough space. The shower area is generously equipped in relation to the entire room. There was a rain shower and a hand shower. Hot water was available almost immediately. All in all, the room was well equipped for self-catering

There was only one chair in the room. That didn't bother me.

Great spot for a long or short stay in Hamburg

Room was very clean and well furnished with a lot of hidden storage and the staff were wonderful. Good location close to train station and can walk to the waterfront. Tons of restaurants and cafes very close.

Alternating steps leading up to the loft for the bed are a little awkward, especially if you get up in the middle of the night. Not for folks that don't handle up and down stairs well.

Super clean, close go the station reataurants and shops, safe, lovely staff. Totally recommend We arrived very late and left super early and this was not a problem.

Brilliant stay and good value for money!

The apartments are in an excellent location, just a quick walk from and to the train and bus station as well as a big shopping mall with various food stalls and other food and retail shopping facilities. You can also quite easily walk to the river Elbe and the beach to Blankenese, through a lovely wooded area and within about 30 minutes. The Appartement was clean and modern with matching furniture and wifi and good TV options, as well as a great kitchen, with even a dishwasher.

The only thing I can really say that I disliked, and I’m sure I can join an orderly queue here, were the stairs leading up to and down from the sleeping area. They are part of the very modern design and it would be difficult to change them as they are integrated, but if you’re a little clumsy, or are not very stable on your feet, the stairs will feel a little like a trip hazard. But otherwise the sleeping area feels quite cozy.

we really enjoyed our stay

the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful location less than 5 minutes from the train station was great the place was well equipped with everything one needs and Lidl (a grocery store) was in the train station

the bed is in a loft, for people who get up at night this is a little dangerous

The bedroom was ridiculous up a dangerous staircase and only 5' high you could touch the ceiling when in bed and access only to one side of the bed.

Great find and location....would stay there again

the location was great, easy to walk ever where. lots of bars/restaurants and shops very close by. train station for getting to and from the airport was very convenient, but you wouldn't know that you were buy the station as very quite. It was a bit cold and windy to use the roof terrace, but a very nice space. Staff very friendly

Immensely amazing stay!

From the initial moment I walked into the building, it was clean, fresh, modern and the apartment itself was so functional, lovely and immensely clean! I was travelling alone and felt so safe and comfortable in this space! I would come back to Hamburg simply for the stay I experienced with Oberdeck!
