Sehr tolle Lage:-) Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Meine Frau wollte die Insel zu Fuß umrunden, war sehr toll und in 10min waren wir durch.

Duschen in der Badewanne nur sitzend möglich. Die alte Schnalle an der Türe.

Location, Location, Location! The little island is so cool and being there all evening was amazing. We swam from PESCATORI to Bella. The staff, especially Ricardo was super helpful. And the living room of the quadruple room had an A/C unit which kept the entire space comfortably cool.

The third and fourth beds were fine for my kids but perhaps an adult would find them uncomfortable.

Je ne déjeune pas, l’emplacement était super et au calme, personnel super et au service. Petit café du matin super au bord du lac.

Great location at the southern end of the island with lovely views over to Isola Bella / across the lake from our rooms - the Rossini and Vivaldi. We found the bedrooms & bathrooms clean and comfortable. We enjoyed making an early morning coffee with the machine in our room and drinking it on the balcony. The air-conditioning was great at keeping our room cool. A simple breakfast was included in the room price and we enjoyed it on the terrace. A lovely relaxing spot for a few days: lots of places to eat, easy to get around the lake on the ferry/water taxis and we enjoyed swimming at the north end of the island, a few minutes walk away.

We arrived on Friday early evening and within the check-in time to find everything shut up (including the restaurant) although someone did come to let us in when we called the number on the door - he was helpful and friendly, but the impression was he was helping out the owners. We had booked the quadruple room (the Vivaldi) so that our three teenage children (18,16,15) could have a bed each. The configuration with three beds was requested and accepted at the time of booking, and was subsequently confirmed via messages. On arrival the room was made up as a double and a single: we asked for it to be changed. The gentleman who let us in was unable to help, but called someone (the owner or manager) who told me on the phone that she assumed my two boys would be happy to share a bed, and also that nothing could be done until the next day (we were only staying two nights). My two teenage boys had already shared beds several times on this holiday, so not generally a problem, but I had specifically booked and paid for the bigger room which had three beds so that they didn’t need to do so, hence my frustration and annoyance. The gentleman who let us in managed to get it sorted (thank you - this was appreciated). Breakfast is a simple affair with no choice, just breads, juice and coffee: a yoghurt was also offered on the first day. This was fine for us, but mentioning for completeness.
