The Island was an experience, there were three weddings going on when we were there, very noisy & over crowded. Music blaring out till 2am !

I thought we were staying in the Villa Toscanini but were taken to another building as 'we were in an appartment' So all photo's & information on the property did not line up.

The location is amazing. The staff friendly but not very communicative- they failed to show us how to get out of the back door which was our entrance and we were locked inside until we got a passing stranger to unlock the door from the outside. Also the toilet seat and 2 lamps were broken in our room. Breakfast was a bit basic.

Lovely villa next to the boat stop, cute cafe by the lake

Excellent location, lovely host, very understanding and accommodating. She helped us to get across the lake and access the room even when the time was not perfect for her. The room was big enough for 4 people and had separate beds for kids. The house is located right next to the boat stop, the view from the room is amazing and the cafe on the lake front is superb! Will definitely stay here again.

It was a bit too cold in the room and we could not find extra blankets. Also, the family room is located upstairs and it was hard to get the babies and the pram all the way up. But this is minor and we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a charming, rustic romantic and old world place to stay.

Breakfast was adequate, but coffee cups were small and we had to pay for extra coffee. The position is overwhelmingly fantastic and made up for small irritations.

A little more flexibility - we wanted twin beds - we are sisters-and the bed was made up as a double even though they were 2 separate beds and they told us they would need notice to do this.

Beautifull romantic italian holliday on Isola dei pescatori

Great location, great room and bathroom, great patio and view to the lake and to Isola Bella

The wi-fi crushed after only one day (of 6) and they did not care to make it work. No air conditioner (is highly needed in summer time). No mini market at the property (as it was specified on Booking!!!) ... almost impossible to get a bottle of water. They did not provide (except for the check in) the bottles of water that were included in the price of the room. There was a challenge to make a shower because of the cold water.

A view we'll remember forever

The location of this villa is absolutely gorgeous. My partner and I will remember the view from our balcony for a long time. The staff were lovely and always available to help. The room was big and beautiful.

Only minor things. Hairdryer didn't work (but weather was hot, so no problem). Bed is a bit tired, okay for me but may cause discomfort if you have back problems. Check out was a bit confusing, no instructions so we had to call staff; we had to go the nearby Ristorante Unione to check out.

windows not perfectly insulated (old single glass and not standard double glass) reception is not manned 24/7 and we were not given instructions on how to leave and re-enter into the villa and were given a wrong key, so we had to call the landlady for guidance in the evening bathroom not nicely revamped dusty curtains not possible to decide to add breakfast the very morning

Cemetery on one side, lake on the other for optimal peaceful night, with ceiling fan to even further freshen our stay.

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast

The location on the island is fantastic and when we had a problem with the room we booked they immediately gave us a suite and reacted with real kindness and will to help. Breackfast was amazing, with view on the Isola Bella.

The suite did not have curtains that blocked the light and in front of the big window there was a powerful light source from the street and we had trouble sleeping - if they solve this, the place is excellent!

The villa is very beautiful and the room super clean and confortable. It has a local charm, for a majestic experience. We had a special crush on the stunning Isola Bella view and the lovely welcome of the hosts. Would definitely recommend and come back !

Magical and scenic stay on the lake!

The location couldn’t be any better - right in the middle of the lake overlooking isola bella. The view every morning to wake up to was incredible and in the evening, after the day trippers leave, the island is magical and very peaceful. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

a ne jamais refaire...... et j'averti les possibles futurs clients, JAMAIS.

rien n'a ete bon a part la localisation de l'hotel,

pas note que c'était sur une ile dans le site web. Pas de personnel de reception, on a du trouver nous meme la clef et la chambre sans aucune note. Salete de l'appart (toiles d'araignées) dernier étage sans ascenseur (je suis a mobilité réduite) pas note sur le site web, appart dangereux (voir les photos) prise de courant a cote du lavabo, toiture basse ou je me suis cogne 10 fois car pas de paneau de prevention, sortie extrêmement dangereuse avec une petite marche qui peut nous faire tomber dans l'escalier, pas de wifi, chauffe eau a l'extérieur alors qu'il est note pas d'eau chaude sur les commentaires du site, pas d'explication pour le faire fonctionner, douches froides avec peu d'eau sous pression, WC rouille, vue imprenable sur le cimetière alors que la propriétaire nous a affirme que c'était pas vrai, la nuit sans dormir avec cette sensation que quelque chose va arriver....... Le rapport au telephone avec la propriétaire tres rude et insolente.
