Recommend for Stresa

We rented 2 rooms. Both were big. The property is well-maintained. It is about one block from the seawall and a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants in old town. Good value for money.

Exceptionally clean and spacious apartment. Easy check-in. We really liked that it was so easy to walk into the nearby town and didn't get the noise of the town. Lovely garden to sit in - pictures didn't do it justice! Owner was really helpful.

Possibly a second mirror above the desk in bedroom we were in but that was a minor detail!

Lovely

Very spacious, clean and well looked after. The outdoor pool area and sun lounging is prefect, also nice and private. I couldn’t recommend this place more, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else in stresa, you’re well looked after by the hosts and feel right at home. I would love to come back with a group of friends for a longer stay.

Modern self-serve stay with stunning lake views, great A/C, and kind service.

The accommodation is more of a building of self-service apartments rather than a hotel. It's brand new but still under construction. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable. We had a few sweet treats waiting for us in the room. The air conditioning was perfect during a heat wave when we stayed. The view of the lake from the room is unbeatable. The housekeeper Sveta was very nice and helpful.

Some construction noise that didn't bother us that much with closed windows.

Perfecto! Highly recommended!

Brilliant find for our stay in Lake Maggiore. Beautiful room, huge! Very nice decor and huge comfortable bed. Nice coffee, and tray with snacks for breakfast. Beautifully maintained garden and parking available right at the door. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night! A lot of attention has been paid to the property, and we loved the location a short walk into town.

Our stay at Villa Valesca was so wonderful. It was really peaceful. Good walking distance to the ferry or town. The room

The property was easy to get to and had lots of parking. You can tell they take pride in the space, as they were updating the landscaping. The terrace spaces were lovely. The room was clean and had a nice kitchen with a kettle and coffee maker. The little welcome kit for dishes was nice as well.

Prix un peu élevé pour le mois d’octobre où on n’utilise que la chambre et pas l’extérieur (piscine) et du fait qu‘il n’y a pas de salle de petit déjeuner.

Eine Reise wert👍🏼

Trotz der Lage an der Straße, ist zumindest ab Herbst, mit geschlossenen Fenstern absolute Ruhe vorhanden. In 5-10 Minuten ist man im Herzen der Stadt, oder auch am Bahnhof. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Eigentlich nichts. Wir hätten uns lediglich 2 Teller zu dem Besteck und den Gläsern im Zimmer gewünscht, um unseren Köse zum Glas Wein besser genießen zu können.

Neues, luxuriöses Appartement mit täglichem Service, Balkon, Pool und hundefreundlicher Atmosphäre

Wir haben uns in diesem Appartement vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles ist auch neu, luxuriös, modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön: täglicher Zimmerservice mit frischen Handtüchern, Croissants am Morgen, Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher und ein praktisches Back-Grill-Mikrowellen-Kombigerät. Zwar keine Spülmaschine, aber die freundliche Reinemacherfrau hat uns sogar einmal abgespült – unglaublich nett! Das Haus ist sehr hundefreundlich, die große Terrasse und der kleine Balkon zur Seeseite sind einfach herrlich. Auch der Pool mit Liegewiese, Sesseln und Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ruhige, aber zentrale Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Excellent niveau de qualité pour cet hébergement : spacieux, neuf, décoré avec goût, offrant une grande literie de très bonne facture et surtout impeccablement propre Le propriétaire ainsi que la personne d'entretien sont charmants. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des bords du lac et à 10 - 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, avec, en prime, le parking gratuit. La piscine ainsi que la terrasse de plain-pied avec table et chaises offrent une quiétude des plus agréable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix Je recommande vivement.

Struttura molto bella, appena ristrutturata. Appartamento grande e ben organizzato. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario e oltre. Panorama stupendo sul lago. Bella piscina inserita in un tranquillo giardino. Comodo parcheggio interno alla proprietà. Proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. Consiglio vivamente.

Belle adresse

Beau logement spacieux et tout neuf. La salle de bain est très moderne. Tout était très propre. La piscine est agréable ainsi que la terrasse devant le logement. Les matériaux utilisés sont de belle qualité.

La route passe devant la villa et c'est parfois bruyant quand on veut laisser la fenêtre dans la salle de bain ouverte. Dommage que le ménage et le jardinage (aspirateur dans les logements avec porte ouverte, souffleur de feuilles dans le jardin) ont été fait l'après-midi entre 13h et 16h quand nous avons voulu lire sur notre terrasse.

Nous avions une grande chambre traversante au deuxième étage. Tout est neuf, décoré avec goût. La vue sur les îles Boromées est splendide. Le personnel est au petit soin. L’emplacement est parfait pour se rendre facilement au centre ville.

Très propre, spacieux, récemment rénové avec goût,situé proche d’un des 2 embarcadères de Stresa pour les îles Borromées. L’appartement 101 de plain-pied, possède une terrasse côté piscine, très agréable pour manger. Le parking est un atout « majeur »!

Pas grand chose, mais s’il fallait trouver : une batterie de cuisine un peu succincte (mais nous n’étions pas là pour cuisiner !) la proximité de la route très passante mais qui ne s’entend pas avec les doubles vitrages. Donc en gros rien de gênant !

Camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort, arredata con gusto, eleganza e funzionale sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione è ottima sia per visitare Stresa che per raggiungere le isole Borromee e la disponibilità del parcheggio all'interno della struttura è un aspetto tutt’altro che irrilevante. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in automatico senza alcun problema, ricevendo anche informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno e la visita dei luoghi vicini.

Quiete e silenzio a due passi dal centro di Stresa. L’angolo te e caffè con i biscotti; una piccola coccola . Camera ampia e moderna , arredata con gusto, letto comodo , due tipi di cuscini disponibili .

Per le nostre esigenze tutto era perfetto, nessun difetto da segnalare.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Valesca. L'établissement est tout juste neuf, refait avec qualité. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours avec quelques petites attentions. La literie est top, et le personnel très gentil. Merci !

Fantastico week end a Stresa

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico fine settimana presso Villa Valesca, situata in posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Stresa. La struttura è nuovissima, ristrutturata con grande gusto, impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto e dotata di ogni comfort. La nostra camera era molto grande, con un grande terrazzo attrezzato e un balconcino con vista lago. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile privato e questo è stato apprezzato moltissimo. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e lo staff molto gentile. Sarà senz'altro la nostra struttura di riferimento per altri viaggi a Stresa.
