Great stay for a short trip to Desenzano

The hotel has an amazing staff that is always ready to help, they are very welcoming and friendly. Great breakfast including high quality products and fresh produce. The rooms were cleaned every day. Great location, just walking distance from the city centre.

Small inconvenience - The flush in the toilet did not work correctly and the hair dryer was severly overheating.

Ideal for a short stay.

The hotel is only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the lake. We arrived in the morning and kindly given a room early. Great for a short stay to explore Lake Garda.breakfast good. Friendly staff.

Absolutely charming hotel with amazing staff in perfect location

Wonderful welcoming and attentive service from every single person at the hotel. 3 star hotel with 5 star service! Although the decor is a little classic the rooms are inscrutably clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was really great- fresh fruit, yogurt, lots of bread, meat, cheese eggs and really nice coffee!

The receptionist treats her wonderfully, kindly, and welcoming, as well as the owner of the hotel, Mrs. Sarah, who is very kind and cheerful, and takes the initiative to help and provide any assistance to make your stay special and feel like you are at home.

Superb

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and a good long time window 7 am to 11 am. I forgot my outlet converter and they gave me one. Also have me loud of recommendations for things to do and places to go. Loved my stay. Will go back.
