The room was very good for a solo traveller but would have been small with my husband.

Very good location. Breakfast was plentiful with good coffee.

Very good location.

Location is great for catching the ferries and exploring Densezano. The room was quite large with plenty of storage. There was no view from the window but it was very quiet at night as it was away from the front of the hotel. There bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with both hot and cold items available. Good choice of cheeses, bread and cakes. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. There was a lift to the room and the room had a kettle . Shower in the bathroom was larger than we usually have.

Too far from the station for us as the station is up a steep hill from the hotel.

Recommend the balcony rooms.

Location is excellent and having a balcony room is well worth the extra cost. It looks out over the main promenade and lake which is lovely in the evening. Also close to the ferry port which is very convenient. Although the breakfast room is small, the food is lovely and a lot of choice is available. The outside seating which is open to non guests is also a great place to sit and have a drink.

Check in process was a little slow. The lobby of the hotel gets very warm in the afternoon.

Nice place but shame about the heat in the apartment

Location is wonderful.

The 3rd bedroom in the living room didn't have any blinds and the walls are all windows so if the light didn't wake you up at dawn, the heat of the sun certainly did about an hour later as the room faces east. Absolutely boiling and the small air-conditioning unit was either very old or needed maintaining as it wasn't very good at all. There is also no air-conditioning in either of the 2 bedrooms but only in the corridor (slightly pointless) plus it also wasn't very effective. So the 5 of us had a pretty hot stay here and didn't sleep well every night unfortunately. Honestly it was just too hot. Could do with a few sunbeds on the terrace as the metal chairs were uncomfortable.

Our stay was excellent!

Amazing location! I would definitely recommend staying here if your stay in Desenzano is short, the ferry is right in front of the hotel and there are many restaurants within meters.

Parking is not guaranteed and options are quite far away, but that is quite normal in towns like these. They are breathtaking but parking is always a challenge.

Very small room without any view and with no modern AC.

The hotel is right on one of the main squares. Nice and sweet breakfast.

There is no space for anything in the room. We could hardly walk there. Window opens to the wall. There is no modern AC, but old central ventilation that is noisy and not strong enough.

Very good breakfast many choices. The hotel is in the very center of the town, Easy to go to everywhere.

The layout of the room is very strange, when you open the door, immediately see the bed. Sofa is in the whole way to bathroom, Although there is window, but no view at all. It is just a place to sleep.

relaxing yet exciting stay with beautiful scenery and a lovely hotel

The location was perfect with the beach being less than a 10 minute walk and the ferry port being right outside the hotel - which I would highly recommend! The hotel room and bathroom were also very clean and well equipped.
