Very good location. Breakfast was plentiful with good coffee.

Location is wonderful.
The 3rd bedroom in the living room didn't have any blinds and the walls are all windows so if the light didn't wake you up at dawn, the heat of the sun certainly did about an hour later as the room faces east. Absolutely boiling and the small air-conditioning unit was either very old or needed maintaining as it wasn't very good at all.
There is also no air-conditioning in either of the 2 bedrooms but only in the corridor (slightly pointless) plus it also wasn't very effective. So the 5 of us had a pretty hot stay here and didn't sleep well every night unfortunately. Honestly it was just too hot.
Could do with a few sunbeds on the terrace as the metal chairs were uncomfortable.
