Excellent location, authentic interior, nice atmosphere, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast.
The staff provided us a parking place exactly near the hotel so it was extremely comfortable - I don’t believe it’s possible in a high season but we were lucky))

The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating. Came and collected us from the train station and dropped us off too. It’s right by the harbour and perfectly located for exploring Lake Garda (including right opposite the ferry and boat hire).
It’s a little bit dated in the attic rooms but comfortable.

The location , fixing the bed when it broke . Staff were polite
There was no Wi-Fi in the room though it stated on booking.com that it should, I had to bring the reception guy to the room to convince them that no Wi-Fi or any internet ! Only in the lounge area, this cost me large amount of money using my uk data whilst in the room, no attempt to compensate or offer reductions for the lack of internet or any apology or any attempt to fix it . Very disappointing
The spa is not included! €20 per person per use for the use of the pool only !
