Great hotel, great location, fantastic staff.

This is a fantastic hotel, on the lakefront, perfectly situated for creating Desenzano had to offer. The place is spotless, the rooms are modern and well-appointed. Our group was greeted on arrival by the friendly reception team, check-in was painless and we were very well looked after for our whole stay. Breakfast is included in the room price and there is plenty of choice. Please don’t hesitate to stay here if you are planning a stay in Garda.

The location was perfect. We only stayed for a long weekend and we had everything at our doorstep. Aurora in reception was amazing. So friendly, helped us out a lot and she honestly made our stay that much better. I’d happily come back again just for her. She’s fantastic!

We liked the location and the view from the windows and balcony. The breakfast was good too with some lovely options.

Could be a little noisy but that came with the great location, near bars and restaurants and the port. Not too keen on the coffee in the machine at breakfast.

From the moment that we entered the hotel and received a warm, friendly welcome by Aurora, we loved this hotel. We felt like family, all staff treated you as a valued guest and not just another patron . The room was fresh and modern with a contemporary feel. We had a lovely view over the small harbour and part Seaview. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety of choices was incomparable. The location is perfect. On the lakefront, 3 minutes from the ferry and located amongst numerous restaurants and shops.

A little gem in Desenzano. We cannot wait to return 💕

On arrival at Hotel Vittorio we were amazed at the fantastic location with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. We were travelling for most of the day and we were exhausted with the heat when we got there which we aren't used to in Ireland. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Liliana who gave us the warmest of welcomes and instantly cheered us up. She told us we were upgraded to a terrace view from a balcony and all I can say upon entering the room and opening the terrace doors is WOW. It was the icing on the cake. We were in Italy to celebrate our anniversary and this was the nicest gift we could have received. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and had the nicest headboard I have ever seen. The breakfast was scrumptious with a great choice. We will definitely be back.

The location was fantastic. Very central to everything.

Breakfast staff were sloppy and the tables weren't cleared promptly. Also some of the breakfast staff were picking at the food and eating it whilst working and moving around the breakfast area. The food wasn't covered or chilled appropriately . Nice selection of breakfast but not enough importance on chilling or covering certain foods. Rooms were poorly cleaned.

Perfect place to stay for those looking to explore Lake Garda and all it has to offer.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The property and rooms were always clean. The location was perfect. The free breakfast was very good with a large spread to choose from. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return.

Beautiful lake views from the terrace

Location is absolutely fantastic with incredible views of the lake. We upgraded room on arrival to the top floor with the bigger terrace. Very handy for the ferries and a 15min walk from the train station. Staff are very friendly and there is a good breakfast selection. Would definitely stay here again.
