It was beautiful,clean,fantastic location. Barbara and Max the hotels hosts were just lovely they couldn’t do enough for us always checking in and making sure we were ok and Barbara gave us great advise and knowledge about the local market and surrounding areas

The staff were lovely, pool was great and the breakfast was really good. Bed was really comfortable and room was really clean. Great location. Far enough away from the busy streets, but easy walking distance to the lake.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, it was clean and it was great to be able to have a dip in the pool at the end of the day. Hosting was superb (thanks so much to Max for making us feel so welcome), with a big thank you for sorting out the bikes for our quick cycle to Simione.

The location was great, under 5 min walk to port to catch ferry and where the restaurants are. The room was clean as was the bathroom, the room looked newly refurbished.
The pool was not in use, wish I had known this. There are many charges which you don’t expect a hotel to have, even 5* hotels don’t have for example being charged for changing towels every three days, kettle to use, $20 per hour for late check in. The breakfast was very basic with ham and egg touching on the same tray, not very vegetarian friendly. The exterior of the hotel very outdated.
