Worse hotel experience of my life

What I liked the most was leaving the place and never having to ever return there. Why would you ever consider staying in a place that does not want to host guests? It is about hosting after all. I would not step in there even if the stay was for free, even if they would pay me to go.

The hotel manager in charge was the worse i ever met. His behavior was appalling, confrontational and rude. He was pushing me to the limit to start a fight. The worse check out experience ever, disturbing and sending staff from 10 am multiple times (say 5) within 60 minutes to make sure I left by 11 am which he was very desperate about. He literally pressed me out with very provocative disrespectful language and statements. I had to draw on my self control not to engage. Never again, very bitter and disrespectful stay. I never saw a hosting professional so desperate to kick out his customers. Now watch the hotel response: this is telling

Everything was ok till I got salmonella food poise ing from your breakfast buffet.It has been 5 days and the whole trip .has been ruined. Still not recovered

Location was close to the lake and breakfast was quite good, nothing special though.

Room windows could have a net to avoid flies and mosquitoes because there are a lot of them and we had hard time opening the windows because of that.

Good base to work from for walking and visiting area with good access to all public transport and cafes.

Conveniently placed to center of town. Within easy walk from the railway station.

Rooms a little old fashioned. Would have liked a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The main thing was that it was nice and clean.

the hotel was near the beach and city center - about 10 min.

the hotel is old - like they all are in Italy. they don’t fill the food during breakfast, so if you like to sleep a little bit more in the morning you might not get some croisants or fresh fruit - the just remove the plate so it looks like the fruit was never here.

Fantastic hotel, location is great and easy to access public transport. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and the manager takes time to speak to the guests and how they are getting on. Breakfast is plenty of choice and freshly made. Will definitely use again.

Hotel is only a short walk to the lake and the town centre. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. It was nice to have the rooftop terrace to sit with views of the lake.

The hotel parking is very limited. We did not have a problem as there were not many guests staying at the same time.

dit was ons hotel dat we boekte nadat we een motorongeluk hadden gehad ,het personeel van het hotel is zeer behulpzaam ,ik ben zelfs door t personeel opgehaald uit t ziekenhuis en ze hebben me overal mee proberen te helpen, ze willen je echt helpen en staan voor je klaar, hier draait niet gelijk alles om geld maar ook nog om de mensen t naar de zin te maken ook voor taxi rit of advies over waar te eten of i.d. ook al is t een wat gedateerd hotel de locatie is fantastisch met gratis parkeerplaats voor het hotel en 100 meter lopen tot boulevard, het ontbijt is prima en lekker en vers ,alle soorten koffie en sap ,broodjes ,koek, yoghurt ,vleeswaren enz, ook bij ontbijt weer personeel supervriendelijk en behulpzaam,

La posizione perfetta a due passi dal centro, il parcheggio comodissimo in struttura, la gentilezza dello staff, la camera e il bagno grandi e luminosi.

Il fatto che il cane seppur di piccola taglia non sia ammesso in sala colazione, la colazione poco varia soprattutto per tipi di pane e con macchinetta selfservice per cappuccino, acqua calda e caffè. Materasso piuttosto duro.

Struttura molto pulita. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani morbidi è davvero puliti. Parcheggio disponibile non a pagamento inoltre ci è stato concesso di lasciare la macchina oltre l'orario del check out in quanto c'erano più posti liberi. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione a buffet.

L'unica cosa poco carina sono gli arredi e i complementi d'arredo. Trapunta datata, mobili e letto in uno stile un po' da rivedere La mancanza di un poggiolo, ma ripaga la terrazza sul tetto
