Location, across road from lake. Large dining room for breakfast. Amazing choice, something for everybody.

It’s about 25 minutes by foot from the railway station so you need to take that in mind if you want to go to the hotel.

Great location Reasonable price for facilities

The staff are very nice. The room was small however only stayed one night and had everything needed was there. There was a delicious breakfast available the following morning. The location is very good. A reasonable price for both the facilities and location.

I think it is fair to say that the train station is not really within walking distance particularly if you have luggage.

Great location , exceptional staff , couldn’t have wished for better rooms , great breakfast. The whole experience met our expectations and enhanced our time in the lakes . Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

The hotel's location is very convenient. You can reach the shores of Lake Garda and the beach just across the street. The room was really spacious and light. It was pleasant to stay. The check in was fast. It was very pleasant to get a free parking place in the hotel’s territory. It was nice to have a balcony to sit in. We found everything we needed in the room. There was a fridge in the room. You could get a small bottle of the water for 2 eur. There were several of them. The conditioneer worked very good. It could be nice to find slippers and iron in the room. The breakfast was really of a wide range and of great quality. Everything we ate was really tasty and fresh. There were a great variety of cheese, meat, lots of fruit, sweet cakes. There also was natural honey with honeycomb. There was also salmon. It was also tasty. A great pleasure was to have a glass of sparkling wine for breakfast and sit by the window with seaview! It was nice that our chosen coffee was brought to our table. The women in the restaurant were cheerful, pleasant and very attentive. The coffee was tasty and of a great quality. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. The breakfast totally fabulous!

Excellent location, relaxing and pleasant in every way.

Excellent Location. Friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Excellent choice of fresh food for breakfast. Coffee machine with lots of options even decaffeinated coffees. Selection of tea bags and very hot water tea pots and jugs for milk, lovely touch. Lovely staff who continually cleared away crockery and kept food etc stocked. Cleanliness and daily room clean bed making bathroom clean and lovely audit white towels. The location is perfect by the lake. And still close to the town shops and restaurants. Train station isn’t too far either but you could get a short taxi ride is unable to walk that distance. We loved it here and we would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

Need to reconsider new front of house staff.

The breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast were wonderful. The cleaners also were friendly and wonderful. They needed to be the front of house people. The room was comfortable and very clean, had an air conditioner that was a blessing but no kettle.

After our check in that wasn’t very pleasant. The reception staff never acknowledged you or said a word to you. It made us feel uncomfortable and not really welcomed. We have been travelling for 4 weeks all around Europe and this is the first time we have felt this.

A great location for Desenzano

Breakfast was beyond amazing. Excellent food was very plentiful, staff was attentive, and all was very, very nice. Our room was a bit small given there were three of us sharing it, but it got the job done. Would definitely come back here!

I really recommend this hotel. Really excellent breakfast in a beautiful lake-front breakfast room. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Comfortable bed, good controllable temperature in the room. I had asked for a quiet room so had a courtyard view - some scaffolding in front of the window (Feb 2024) which I'd imagine will be gone by high season.

Not the hotel's fault of course, but there were quite a few pretty noisy guests at night.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. I really felt at home there.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the breakfast room enjoys a lake view, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was delighted to be able to book a bike for an afternoon, with very little fuss.
