The location and style of the hotel and rooms were awesome. The staff were dead friendly! I absolutely loved staying there. The views, the buzz - it was all just good!

Comfortable room, great location.

Excellent location, by a lot of restaurants. Great shared terrace looking out over the little port. Breakfast was a small but good selection, with the option to sit outside - which was pleasant before all the crowds arrived in the square. Chose the hotel because of its location and it met the expectations. Air conditioning and lift access was satisfactory.

More instructions for luggage drop off needed, as the hotel sits in a shared traffic zone - which technically private vehicles aren't allowed to enter. We were questioned by police but they accepted the fact we were checking in to the hotel - otherwise could've been fined. Car parking is a multi level garage around 300m away.

This hotel has wonderful views from the front and is so well located in Desenzano.

It is in a wonderful position overlooking the old harbour. We could park outside to load and unload our luggage and the parking was quite near and very easy to use. The staff were very friendly.

The shower in our room overlooking the harbour was extremely small but we put up with it because of the view from the balcony.

Amazing location and view, great hotel for short stay

Amazing location right on the old harbour, beautiful shared terrace and stunning view from the small private terrace, kind and friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable enough. Breakfast was ok. If it’s a hotel for a few days - it is great (in the heart of everything and very clean), maybe we stayed a bit too long which was our choice.

Room a bit small, lobby was stuffy, and no charging options by the bed.

Lovely stay with friendly staff

Was in a lovely location with the ferry over to Sirmione just across the street. Close to local bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and very spacious.

No lift to the top floor but not too much of an issue for us

I feel regret to book this hotel.

I feel I had made a mistake to book this hotel! First of all the hotel address can not been located exactly through the google map. Secondly, the car parking is assigned in a public lot with 1 km away (although you can loading luggages in front). Thirdly, the room is very small and elevator is very small too.

Absolutely stunning

This hotel is so lovely. We booked a harbour view room and it was absolutely stunning views. The room was so clean and the bathroom too. Everything worked. The views at night are beautiful too. Waking up in the night and looking out the balcony will stay with me forever as it was just so beautiful. The breakfast was lovely too. It is in a great location. It is right by the boats to take you around the lake. There are so many places to eat and drink around. All the staff ate friendly and helpful.. I honestly can't fault the hotel and we ate always looking at booking to go back and we miss it so much. Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic base for Lake Garda

Absolutely loved our stay here! Fantastic location central to restaurants and right near where the boats depart from. Staff were friendly also. Our room was number 18 and had an amazing view over the square with a bit of the lake and mountains behind. Great for people watching as we had a balcony with chairs. Comfy beds too, my sister and I didn’t wake up once overnight.

Lovely small hotel, well situated. Would return again.

Exceeded expectations. Room was small but designed well with plenty of storage. For a small hotel, breakfast selection was very good - pastries, fruit, meats, cheese,cereals etc. Bonus selection of packaged muffins, etc for gluten free. Rooms were well sound proofed, we never heard other guests. Our room faced the noisy old port area, but with the balcony doors closed, we had no excessive noise. Staff excellent, location perfect.

Pretty good option

Pretty good breakfast considering you're in Italy. Quiet, good place to be, shore walk few meters from hotel, friendly staff, nice views just from hotel.

Hotel does not have parking, you have to park your car something like 1km from hotel and it costs 13eur per day. There was no music playing during breakfast, only the sounds of spoons and plates could be heard

Had a lovely stay , very comfy room overlooking the harbour .

Location was wonderful, the waitressing staff in the morning at breakfast were great. Reception lady was lovely. All staff were Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good selection of fresh fruit , meats etc and pastries .

The fire alarm in the bedroom at night constantly flashes a bright white light in room every 10 seconds , it was in your eye line when lying down , disturbing sleep or ability to drift to sleep . Totally misplaced in room - needs rethinking certainly in Room 11 - aware it’s for safety but not in right place .

A delightful stay in a beautiful location.

This small hotel is in a perfect and beautiful location in Desenzano del Garda. It’s a no frills hotel but staff are friendly and the room was immaculately clean. The terrace has a stunning view over Porto Vecchio, a little harbour of boats and pretty buildings and is about one minute’s walk to the lake. There are a multitude of nearby bars and restaurants. It is close to the ferry/ boat trips, and many points of interest in Desenzano del Garda. My daughter has coeliac disease and must eat gluten free food. The hotel had a good selection of gluten free breakfast foods including sealed packets such as croissants, cornflakes, muesli, bread, muffins, biscuits and breakfast biscuits. There were also fruits, gluten free yoghurts amongst other items. The selection of breakfast for non coeliacs was good for a small hotel.

I can’t think of anything really. I was not keen on the carpet pattern but that does not matter!

Lovely hotel

The location was lovely beside the old port and just a few minutes to the lakeside. There were plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. The hotel is right on the waterside and our room had a small balcony which was nice for sitting outside during the day or evening

the location was fantastic. The little terrace on level one was brilliant to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by in the harbor below.

the only minor thing was that the air conditioning kept turning off. and when the weather is 35C+ it is nice to come back to a cool room, but totally understand energy saving.
