Quaint and perfect stay

Beautifully, well maintained property, the location is great, not far from the train station, the centre and for the ferry. Small room but comfortable. Attention to detail is great and they are very personable. Also spotless!

Lovely B&B that far exceeds expectations

This bed and breakfast is exceptional. First, the communication with Pia was so easy, plus she responded very quickly to any questions I had. As a woman traveling alone I needed a safe neighborhood close to dining. It was a short walk to the main square where many restaurants are located. The day I arrived by train was lovely so I walked to the B&B from the station, all downhill. Was delighted when I saw my room, the decor was very pleasant, the room was bright with multiple windows and great lighting. The bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was right there. I’ve now been in Italy for over a week, and I have not had a single meal nearly as delicious as the ones prepared each morning at Residenza Elisa. Perfect cappuccino, great fresh fruit waiting at the tables for guests, AND a menu to order a variety of options that were cooked right there. And I didn’t know that breakfast also included a freshly baked dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. Bottles of still and sparkling water were kept in a room refrigerator for guests. The neighborhood was quiet so great for sleeping. There isn’t one thing I would ask to be changed.

Couldn’t fault the property or staff

Pia was always quick to respond to any issues we had. Best breakfast we’ve had since we’ve been in Italy. Fresh orange was an added bonus for breakfast. So many added extras were a bonus. Staff were exceptionally friendly and obliging. Location perfect and paid parking 200 metres away. € 10 a day.

Everything about our stay was amazing! From the easy self-check-in to the kind hospitality to the comfortable rooms and home-cooked breakfast, we had a lovely time from start to finish. Our stay was fabulous!!! Would totally recommend this place if staying in Lake Garda, Desenzano. The host was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful little courtyard where we had breakfast. The room was lovely, so clean, as was the bathroom. About a 15 min walk from the train station. We had to leave early to catch the train and they gave us our breakfast to take away, lovely freshly baked croissants! Absolutely consider this place if staying in this area of Lake Garda.

Cleanest cutest b&b in whole Italy💞

This boutique b&b is really even better than how it looks in pics. Pia especially made everything perfect for us:) I also told her that this was the cleanest, cutest place I’ve stayed in Italy so far and I have stayed so many times around and believe me I’m too picky about cleanliness. Our room “dreams” was exactly like in the pictures. me and my husband really enjoyed our short stay, short walk down to beach, the breakfast😍 and they even kept our luggages for us when we want to explore a little longer at the end, thanks for all and we’ll definitely be back💞

The best accommodation of our trip around Italy!

We had the best stay at Residenza Elisa. Pia was very attentive and always happy to help. We loved everything about the accommodation. Location is a short 5 minute walk into town, the room was very clean, modern and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the courtyard each morning which was the perfect start to each day - food of our choice from the menu was cooked fresh, which was really tasty. This was by far our favourite accommodation of our trip around Italy and we would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay in Desenzano

The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we have ever enjoyed. The outdoor shaded patio area in which breakfast is served was beautiful and perfect for the weather during our stay. We frequently used the area for a late evening cup of tea and cake . It was great. And of course the Pia and all the staff were superb. It's just a few minutes stroll to the centre of Desenzano and to the lake side.

The only criticism I have of the whole experience was that the bedroom was somewhat small and the shelf/drawer space for storage of cloths etc was less than ideal. But this is a minor criticism

Fantastic, friendly place to stay, minutes from the lakeside.

Pia and her team were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the lake. Breakfast was also very good, with a great choice of freshly made items. The whole guesthouse was spotlessly clean.

This team are fantastic at Residenza Elisa. On arrival we where greeted with a glass of prosecco and the Fridge in the room was stocked with complimentary drinks. Breakfast was superb with a great variety available. The room was also great, well appointed and immaculate. The accommodation is well located in the centre of this great resort

Great 3 day stay the rooms are decorated beautifully & staff excellent.

The breakfast was good & we sat in the little garden the staff were excellent.It was a 5 minute walk into town & 20 minutes to the train station.You can get a ferry from the town to all the places on the lake.A very good selection of restaurants in town.I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem!

We loved everything about Residenza Elisa. The staff were amazing. The location was prefect, breakfast was lovely and the entire property was spotless. I visit Desenzano once a year and this was my first time staying here and I will definitely be back! Thank you Pia and staff!

Brilliant stay in Lake Garda

The hotel was amazing and the staff even more exceptional. They ensured our room was clean and ready to allow us to have an early check in. The room was spacious and the bed and pillow were really comfy. I would higher recommend this property.

The curtains were a little small so some light came through which wasn’t an issue for us but might have been for people who like to lie in.
