Modern decor, very nice bathroom, great views, right on the lake shore, breakfast better than in similar hotels
Staff were not too friendly, receptionist lied to me about the parking options, trying hard to get me to pay a bit extra, before admitting there are free places 300 meters away, in fact they were much closer, buffet lady would not smile or answer hello, two single beds were so close to each other they looked like a double bed- this was not what I paid for, finally there’s a shameless russian flag on the flagpole in front of the hotel

Close to town centre and local amenities. Very close to the lake and view is beautiful even though the view from the family room is a little blocked by the outdoor bar area.
Swimming pool and restaurant not functioning for the duration of my stay. A flood like light came on outside my room ( I booked the family room) on day4 of my stay and stayed on day and night.
I spoke to one of the owners of the hotel who wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem like he wanted to be bothered by the issue.
The receptionist was however very helpful and he covered the lamp over night so I could get some sleep as the curtains in the room were not wide enough to cover the sliding doors. This was also an issue for me in terms of privacy.
