Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing.

It was clean.

The AC was broken on a day that reached 33c. We repeatedly asked the host about it after arrival at 14:45. After several requests the host (who said he was out of town) sent (at 21:30) a chef and a waiter to attempt unsuccessfully to fix the problem. We checked out at 21:45 and found new accommodation. Our repeated requests for a refund have been ignored. The host informs me he is a waiter who only deals with check-in. He has ignored my request for contact details of someone who can deal with my complaint.

I do think price was a little high for the room. Location is good though and it is small and intimate.

The host Anna was very friendly and of good advice it was really pleasant to feel welcomed. Also we were entirely satisfied about the accommodation it was clean and very comfortable. The location was optimal to go to the lake and the town within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Anna was so lovely and helpful, it felt very safe, our room was enormous and we had everything we needed! Very affordable in comparison to similar places!

Bed was a little squeeky and mattress was very firm but that's down to preference 😊 I would recommend this place!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy lake Garda

We loved everything - the location was perfect, near the center, but far from the noise; we also loved how clean and neat it was. Anna takes care of every little detail to make the stay easy and comfortable. The communication with her was clear and she explained everything we needed. Anna is a lovely and carrying host and we couldn’t be happier with our visit to this small Italian city near Garda.

Everything was so good! this place is full of good energy - maybe it’s just Anna and her personality? :) Our days in Desenzano are very important part of our trip - you can go for amazing walks to city centre and port, make a trip to Sirmione by prom or rent a Vespa from a nearby rental place and go wherever you want. the beach is very close! Clean and nice place :)

Lovely, comfortable accomodation by the lake with an amazing host!

This is an amazing place, located a short walk away from the center of Desenzano, and a few meters from the lake. Anna is an incredible host who does whatever she can to make her guests feel welcome and valued. She picked us up at the train station and drove us back on our day of departure. We only stayed for two night, but she made sure our time was perfect. In the hallway she has made a book of recommended restaurants in town, so lovely! We stayed in the Ginger room where the beds were comfortable, the bathroom facilities were nice, the room had a mini fridge, a tv, very good air contidioner and our window even had some vew of the lake. We are definitely coming back to stay at South Garda Suites, and so should everyone else going to Lake Garda!

Though we never met the host in person - due to unlucky circumstances - Anna was super nice and super helpful. All the communication went smoothly through WhatsApp. The room was really nice, close to the beach and silent in the night. We would return any time! And: it is a very dog-friendly accommodation.

Lovely b&b, confortable and well located, with a very attentive host, Anna, who even took the time to take us from and to the train station. If we return to Desenzano we will definitely stay here again!
