Perfect spot to enjoy the Garda lake

We spent really nice time in the hotel, enjoying the lake and good food places nearby. Room was spacious enough, as well as the balcony. Communication was really friendly and smooth, thanks to Omar. There is a Penny next door, very convenient and prices are so good. Also would like to advise to go to the next village to visit Morso Forneria, the best buns and ciabatta in the area, highly recommended! Overall, I would recommend this hotel as a spot for sightseeing in the area and for a good rest after.

Lovely place to stay at Lake Garda

We have just returned from a 7-night stay at Residence Spiaggia D'Oro. What truly made our holiday special was the host, Omar. He was amicable, hospitable, and customer-oriented. His helpful nature is a genuine asset to this property. The location is simply perfect. We loved being just a 3-minute walk from the lake beach and having a supermarket literally steps away from the residence . The property overall felt very safe and welcoming. Thank you, Omar and team, for a memorable stay!

Easy location to find, close to the a local centre for restaurant's and then approx. 20 min walk to the main town via a lovely pathway next to the lake. Very handy to have a super market next door.

Childfriendly and comfortable

Nice appartment with large balcony and aircon in both bedroom and kitchen/livingroom. Very childfriendly with playground, toys and pool. Wakingdistance for small feet to restaurants and gelato in Rivoltella. Very welcoming staff.

Missed some sort of coffeemaker and the sofabed was not so comfortable. The beach nearby was a little small and with not so kleen water, but there were some nice beaches only 10 min drive away.

Very helpful and nice host, answered all questions online before coming and after :))) Gave us best advices about reaching Gardaland and Sirmione. Kids loved swimming pool and table tennis. Very close to the beach and food market, bus station.

Friendly and clean family stay budget apartments

Very child friendly, some toys and best of all we could borrow a stroller. Recommended. Good parking, next to supermarket was also coming in handy. It is as advertised!

Good services, clean room and sunbeds with umbrela on the beach. I also appreciate the garage in hot weather.

We spend very nice days at Garda lake with our familly and friends and our dog.

Easy access to the local beach with free umbrella. Parking facilities outside and inside are very good. Small supermarket is less then 2 min on foot. Host was very nice and helpful. Dog Friendly. I can recommend this place for SUP lovers.

In some rooms walls are tick so during weekends some parties can be heard.

Really nice hotel with an excellent location very close to the beach and 5 metres from the nearest supermarket. We were given the managers contact number and he said to contact him 24 hours a day if we needed anything. Overall a really good experience.

The property was located within walking distance of train station and harbour. Close to all restaurants and had great facilities for couples and families.

A fantastic apartment hotel

The pool, the green garden and the big apartment and balcony makes you feel comfortable. Very close to the lake, Desenzano and Rivoltella. A local supermarket and a free public parking area are just a few meters away Internet: The place have a REALLY good internet. I worked there for a week with 2 laptops with online meetings and absolutely no problems

Just be aware that the residence do not have a 24/7 reception. You can buy water and beverages in the machine and in fact the coffee machine makes great coffee. It’s always possible to contact the amazing host using WhatsApp - but just don’t expect a 24/7 reception 🛎
