Generally we had a great time!

Great food in the restaurant, very nice spa area, nice rooms. Doesn’t feel like 3 star hotel at all. The staff was very nice and they even opened breakfast at 7 in the morning the day we were checking out as they knew we needed to leave early.

The restaurant kitchen closes at nine o’clock. There are basically no toiletries except for soup and shampoo in the bathroom. No watter in the room.

Comfortable room, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were great

The waiter in the restaurant was quite rude and miserable. All other staff were very accommodating.

Wonderful hotel, fantastic staff

Staff were exceptional, especially the front desk staff. We were leaving early in the morning, staff made us a fantastic breakfast package to take with us. Too many small things to mention individually, but overall a wonderful hotel.

A great place next to the lake and all important destinations in the area

Very lovely place, high end, attention to details, amazing breakfast, fresh strawberies, great swimming pool and area around it, the lady whi cleand the room did an amazing job, great location, close to the beach, 25min walk to Desanzano, which is a great city, staff was very friendly and hepful

Nice hotel close to the lake and old town.

On the pictures the pool looks more fancy but in reality it was fine. Somehow the whole building was very comfortable. The roof terrace was excellent. And the room with the balcony was very cosy. Breakfast was very good but i wouldn't rate it superb. Location is very good - just across the street to the lake and close to the "old city". Parking was nicely organised - some free spots in front of the building or with reasonable price in the garage. Gym looked a bit wornout but as i didn't try it i don't know how functional it was. Rooms haven't been renovated recently but they were clean and comfortable.

Admiral Hotel an excellent base for the our frequent walks along a promenade with outstanding views

Staff was cheerful, helpful, professional. Sylvie and Guendalina at the front desk were caring and considerate, helping us with transportation and cultural concerns. The dining room staff was wonderful, courteous, and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety. The dining room included an outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the sophisticated indoor pool area with its changing light display. Across the street was an passage leading to the scenic lakefront promenade with Desenzano only a mile away. Rooftop lounges, putting green, exercise room all in top shape. Also walking distance to Rivoltella with its charming rustic restaurants and shops.

Room was a little small, but included a useful terrace. And no fault of the hotel, bus service to Desenzano and Sirmioni was wildly unpredictable. Best to walk to Desenzano and take the ferry to other lake locations, although schedules are limited. Taxis can be arranged by the front desk.

Perfect place to stay and relax

Great pool, jacuzzi and whole relaxing zone. Room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts 🙂 hotel is located about 2 km from the Desenzano city center, it's a walking distance, but there is also a bus stop nearby and you can take a bus to Desenzano, Sirmione and Verona.

Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were cleaned to a very good standard. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool facilities were enjoyed by all the family. Bike hire was a god send as one of our family had a foot injury and struggled to walk so we used the bikes.

The only thing lacking was a bar area for the evenings to play cards in. There were too many mosquitos in the outside areas and not enough light to play cards so an indoor bar with bar service would have been better.

Would highly recommend this place, great location, great hotel, great facilities and great staff

Room was very clean, sheets were actually white, pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. Breakfast selection was absolutely excellent. Gym facilities are excellent, indoor pool is a nice size, staff were extremely friendly, car park was perfect for our rental, location is great. all in all, an extremely pleasant stay!

not much not to like, we had a great stay. if anything i'd say the restaurant food wasn't anything exceptional, but it did the trick for the one night we were too exhausted to go out

Brilliant hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We were given an upgrade upon arrival. The room was very spacious and clean, with a balcony and great air conditioning. The hotels facilities are brilliant. Both the indoor pool and rooftop jacuzzi are great. The hotel also offers bikes which can be rented for the day, very handy for getting around the area. Breakfast was excellent each morning with a great selection to choose from. Overall a great stay.

Access to the pool on the 1st floor and jacuzzi on the 3th floor is practical. Beds are too comfort. Balcony is great. Breakfast is nice and tasty...fresh fruits espacially. Pool is clean, and area around. Everything is perfect.

There is no much space in the room with one queen and one solo bed.

Very nice and clean accomodation. Everyday cleaning service, everyday new sheets on beds and new towels. Rich breakfast, small but nice hotel with good stuff.

Amazing stay

The hotel is superb. Just the right amount of rooms so that its not crowded. The staff is very kind and accomodating. The food is delicious especially the dinners they offer had the most delicious food. The pools are also really clean, as well as the rooms. It is really close to the beach.

Exceptional

A beautiful, intimate hotel surrounded by green plants with a wonderful indoor pool, jacuzzi on the terrace and a beautiful view of Lake Garda from the roof. In front of the hotel there is a road that leads directly to the beach by the lake. Our room was spacious and clean with a large private terrace/balcony. The hotel has a restaurant (serving a delicious breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner), which also functions as a bar (you can also order drinks directly on the common terrace by the jacuzzi - where you can relax on sun loungers). A friendly staff who cares about a relaxed atmosphere and takes care of the customer. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

Weekend con famiglia

They welcomed us with an upgrade. There is an inside swimming pool which is perfect for the family. The staff is friendly. The hotel is in front of the lake, and you can walk or take a bicycle. Garage down the hotel! I highly recommend the hotel; thank you!
